UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENTS Paloma Adams-Allen (Cal. No. 336) Lauren J. King (Cal. No. 253) Ordered, That upon the conclusion of morning business on Tuesday, October 5, 2021, the Senate proceed executive session to resume consideration of the nomination of Paloma Adams-Allen, of the District of Columbia, to be a Deputy Administrator of the United States Agency for International Development as provided under the previous order. Ordered further, That at 11:30 a.m., the cloture motions on the Adams-Allen nomination and the nomination of Lauren J. King, of Washington, to be United States District Judge for the Western District of Washington ripen. Ordered further, That with respect to the motions to invoke cloture on the Adams-Allen and King nominations, the mandatory quorum calls required under Rule XXII be waived. Ordered further, That the Senate recess following the cloture vote on the Adams-Allen nomination until 2:15 p.m. to allow for the weekly caucus meetings. Ordered further, That at 2:15 p.m., all post-cloture debate time on the Adams-Allen nomination expire.
