Rules and regulation - Gamergy Masters: Brawl Stars LVP, League of Videogames Professionals Introduction and aim The present document aims to regulate the tournament by the name of Gamergy Masters: Brawl Stars (“Tournament”) held online for the region of Europe and organized by Fandroid Entertainment SL (“LVP”, “Liga de Videojuegos Profesional”) for Supercell’s game Brawl Stars. The contents of this document will be referred to as official rules (“Rules”), which will apply to all teams taking part in the Tournament, as well as any other team members such as players, managers, owners, etc. For the purposes of this Tournament, Europe as a region comprises the following countries members of European Union: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden and the United Kingdom. With the exception of Spain, which has its own tournament. Referees may be contacted through ArenaGG’s player support services for any clarifications or conflict resolution necessary. Only the Referees’ decision will be valid and final. Registration in the Tournament entails an agreement to follow these Rules, which remain subject to change at any given time by decision of LVP. 1. Eligibility Eligibility for participation in the Tournament requires players to meet the following criteria: 1.1 Player age. All participants must be at least 16 years old before 31st May 2019. Players who do not meet this criterion will not be considered eligible. 1.2 Residence. For the purposes of these rules and regulation, Residence means the place where the player is living physically and legally. Only players with Residence in any of the countries comprised within the region of Europe defined above, may take part in the Tournament regardless of their nationality. Regardless of their nationality, players may only participate from a country located within Europe. LVP will verify the Residence status of random players to assure it meets the criteria previously stated. For this purpose, LVP may ask players to certify their Residence status through documentary evidence. The failure to provide such evidence will bar that player and/or team from the Tournament. 1.3 version - May 20th 2019 2t

A Spanish player will be allowed to be included in the lineup ( substitutes + starters) of the team even if he/she has his/her residence in the territory of Spain. 1.4 Travel availability. For the Online Playoffs stage, players must either be in possession of necessary documentation to travel to Spain, or check that it will be delivered before May 24, 2019. 2. Registration and Participation. 2.1 Number of registered players. Teams must keep at all times during the Tournament three (3) starting lineup players (“Starters”) and from none (0) to two (2) substitute players (“Substitutes”). 2.2 Team setup. Teams must be set up at ArenaGG (watch the step-by-step video guide in case of doubt regarding the registration process). All players must be added to their teams and to the competition lineup. Only players in the lineup may play, regardless of whether they are part of a team. Once the teams have been set up, they may register directly for each Qualifier at its separate website. 2.3 Player accounts. Each player must use their own and only account at ArenaGG and Brawl Stars. Username and game #ID must match those registered at ArenaGG. Example on how to obtain an USER + ID code: In this case, the user + id code would be: Snake#2VUJCJUVO 2.4 Preregistration. LVP will publicly announce Preregistration terms through their social media and websites. Preinsciption will be available for a limited number of teams and only signifies the team’s willingness to participate. To participate you will have to check-in before each Qualifier. 1.3 version - May 20th 2019 3t
Rules and regulation - Gamergy Masters: Brawl Stars LVP, League of Videogames Professionals 2.5 Check-in. Starting one (1) hour and ten (10) minutes before and closing ten (10) minutes before the first round of each Qualifier, teams must check-in. As an example, if a Qualifier begins at 7.00 pm, the check-in process will start at 5.50pm and close at 6.50pm. This check-in confirms the team’s availability to play. The check-in process will have no quota, but when the corresponding key is created, only 1024 teams will be allowed into the competition. Teams will be allowed into the competition based on check-in order, so teams which check in after the first 1024 will be excluded from that competition. 2.6 Image use. By joining this Tournament, all teams and players allow LVP to use their image (logo, photographs, interviews and videos) in promotional material. 2.7 Roster Modification. During the Qualifier stage, teams may add or replace up to 2 players in their lineup. Afterwards, no more changes will be allowed. Any team that makes any more changes after this will be banned from later competitions but will keep all points earned. Points belong to the teams - if a player changes teams, all points earned by that player will be kept by the team for which the player earned them originally. Lineups for Online Playoffs and Live Finals must be the same lineup as the one registered for the last Qualifier in which the team played. No exceptions will be made. 2.8 Team and player names. No duplicate names will be allowed. LVP reserves the right to refuse a team or player any name that LVP considers rude, offensive, discriminatory or breaching of copyrights. If a team or player, upon being asked to do so by LVP, does not change their team or player name, LVP reserves the right to change the name or ban the team or player immediately. 2.9 Team or player name change at ArenaGG. Once registered in any tournament the change of player or team name will be blocked by the rest of the competition. 2.10 Secondary accounts (smurfs). Each player may play for one team only. If a player is found out to be using multiple accounts, the player and/or the player’s team will be banned from the Tournament immediately. 2.11 Player account restrictions.There are no restrictions or requirements regarding account level, rank, power or skins. About brawlers, in the Qualifiers phase only Rosa will not be able to be used, and for the phase of Online Playoffs Bibi will be disabled. 2.12 Team logos. During Qualifiers, teams will not be required to have a logo. Team logos will be required in the Online Playoffs stage and onwards. 1.3 version - May 20th 2019 4t

LVP reserves the right to ban any sponsorship of: alcoholic beverages, tobacco, medication, weaponry, pornography, gambling, products or services in direct competition with LVP or Supercell, and any other product or service forbidden by law. 3. Equipment and software 3.1 Player responsibility. Regarding Qualifiers and Online Playoffs, equipment protection and functioning will be the responsibility only of teams and players, who will also be held responsible for: ● Stability of hardware ● Stability of Internet connection. ● Battery state and charge. ● Updating the game and ensuring its compatibility with the device in use. 4. Tournament format 4.1 Terms definition. 4.1.1 Game/Match. A single tournament instance in which individuals or teams play until one of them becomes the winner. E.g.: a game in Gem Grab mode. 4.1.2 Set. A number of games in the same mode, which are played until one team wins a majority of those games. E.g.: winning two or three games in Gem grab mode (Bo3). 4.1.3 Series. A number of sets played until one team wins a majority of the total number of sets. Rules and regulation - Gamergy Masters: Brawl Stars LVP, League of Videogames Professionals ● Team distribution: The 8 highest-scoring teams, ordered from highest to lowest score will play against each other, distributed as shown by the following diagram: 5. Matching process 5.1 Role of Referees. Referees are LVP members responsible for judgment of any issue, question and situation happening before, during and right after each game. Referees’ decisions are final and not open to debate or change once they have been made. 5.2 Game build. Each game will be played using the latest build available for the game. 5.3 Series confirmation. Once the competition bracket has been created, teams may check at ArenaGG the time scheduled for their series and what other team they will be playing against, all in the games tab within their player profile and the competition bracket. 5.4 Attendance and courtesy wait. Players may log into the game sheet chat at ArenaGG within 5 minutes counting from the start time scheduled for that series. Once those 5 minutes are over, the rival may declare their victory on the basis of “Rival’s failure to attend.” 5.5 Game room creation and game start. Players are responsible for the creation of game rooms. Teams must reach an agreement on which team will create the room. Otherwise, the first team available will create the room. Rules and regulation - Gamergy Masters: Brawl Stars LVP, League of Videogames Professionals 1.To play Brawl Stars 3v3, go to the main menu and click on “Friendly game > Create” in the bottom, right half of the screen. 2. This menu will show up. 3. Choose the game mode as instructed by the ArenaGG menu. 4. Immediately afterwards, choose the game map as instructed by the ArenaGG menu. 1.3 version - May 20th 2019 10t
Rules and regulation - Gamergy Masters: Brawl Stars LVP, League of Videogames Professionals 5. Click on the “Friends” tab. 6.1 Once the “Friends” tab opens, a code will show up in the bottom half. This is the code to be shared with allies and rivals in the ArenaGG chat. 6.2 If a rival provides you with a code, enter said code in “Join with code”. 7. Only the game’s host will be able to place the incoming players in teams. The host will be responsible for the player’s proper distribution in their respective teams. 1.3 version - May 20th 2019 11t
Rules and regulation - Gamergy Masters: Brawl Stars LVP, League of Videogames Professionals 8. When all players are in their respective teams, click on the “ready” box. 5.6 Full teams. Games may start only if all members of all teams have joined. Teams will lose the entire given series if they fail to have all its members join the game before the end of a courtesy wait. 5.7 Brawler ban. ● No Brawlers will be banned during the Qualifiers stage. Only Brawlers restricted by Rule 2.11 will not be available. ● During the Online Playoffs stage, the team that loses a game of a set will be allowed to ban one brawler for the remainder of the set, before selections and with a time limit of 30 seconds. All brawlers will be available again in the next set. 5.8 Brawlers selection. ● During the Qualifiers stage, Teams are free to choose their Brawlers at the time they wish before starting the game. ● During the Online Playoffs stage, teams select their brawlers before the game bye the ArenaGG chat or means indicated by the Referee. Rules and regulation - Gamergy Masters: Brawl Stars LVP, League of Videogames Professionals 5.9 Duplicate characters. ● During the Qualifiers stage, no duplicate characters will be allowed within the same team. ● During the Online Playoffs stage, no duplicate characters will be allowed on the same team or opposing teams. 5.10 Draws. If a draw occurs in the first or second game of a set or series, one more game will be played repeating map, mode and brawlers. In case of repeat a draw each team will get a victory point for the set or series. In the case of being the third game of a set or series, one more game will be played repeating mode, map and brawlers until until get a result. 5.11 Series. All series in the Tournament comprising more than one game. There will be a limit of 5 minutes between games to start the next, in the case of absence of a team, the opponent can claim the match. 5.12 Results report. At the end of each game, it is of high importance to make a screenshot of the end of the game, so that its results might be checked. At the end of all games, the team must make a report of all pictures and the game’s results clicking on the box available for this purpose on the game sheet. A 10-minute timeframe, starting from the latest time stated on the game sheet as limit for results or resolution time, will be available to report any errors regarding game results. Afterwards, players are assumed to accept the results as accurate and right. 5.13 Mistaken selection. If a team selects a map or mode not instructed by ArenaGG, the opposing team must not accept and must inform them that the ArenaGG mode and map must be played, if they continue to insist on playing in that mode and/or map, send a ticket to support services and mark the game as “In conflict.” 5.14 Substitutions. Substitutions of players may be made between games or sets, as long as players are registered in the team's lineup at ArenaGG. 6. Prizes The champion team of Gamergy Masters: Brawl Stars Europe will travel, all expenses paid, to the live finals at Gamergy 2019, which will be held on 23rd June 2019 in Madrid, Spain. All expenses of 3 players will be paid fully by LVP. Before the trip takes place, teams will be informed of its conditions. Extra team members will not have their expenses paid. 1.3 version - May 20th 2019 13t
Rules and regulation - Gamergy Masters: Brawl Stars LVP, League of Videogames Professionals At Gamergy, the representative for Europe will join 1 representative for Spain, 1 representative for Latin America, and 1 representative for GGSeries. All will compete in the live finals for a prize pool of €15,000, distributed as follows: ● 1st place: € 8000 ● 2nd place: € 4000 ● 3rd and 4th place: € 1500 each team. 6.1 Prize collection. Prizes will be subject to all applicable taxes stated by law. One of the following procedures will be chosen, depending on the team: (a) If the team is a registered company or part of it, an invoice will be required in order to make the payment. The company to be able to collect the invoice will be asked to send documentation to prove their tax residence, the ownership of a bank account and a form with their data that the LVP will send previously. (b) If the team is not a registered company or part of one, no payments will be made to a sole player in behalf of the entire team, and a platform of the LVP will be used for the individual payment of the prizes to each player. The instructions will be sent by email to each player on the team. Each player will be asked for the official tax identification document of their country and the accreditation of the ownership of a bank account (if you do not have these two requirements you will not be able to collect the prize). 6.2 Requirements for minors. Players who are 16 or 17 years old will need to obtain written parental or guardian consent for travelling, image rights transfers and prize collection. 6.3 Expiration of the prizes. The winning players / teams of the prizes will have a period of 90 days from the end of the Tournament (June 23, 2019) to present the documentation required for the payment thereof. Finalized that period if the documentation has not been received, the prizes may not be claimed. Deadline: September 23, 2019. 6.4 No affiliated teams. In the live finals there can't be two or more classified teams that belong or affiliated to the same company, organization or owner. In case this happens the classified team will be the one with the highest score in the overall table of the Qualifying Tournaments, and if the score is the same, the legal representatives will be contacted to make a choice. The team not classified by this rule will give the opportunity to the next place in the competition of their region. 1.3 version - May 20th 2019 14t
Rules and regulation - Gamergy Masters: Brawl Stars LVP, League of Videogames Professionals 7. Code of conduct 7.1 Forbidden conducts and actions. The following actions are completely forbidden and will result in fines at the Referees’ discretion. (a) Collusion. Any agreement made or action taken by 2 or more players or teams to create disadvantages for rivals or benefit from a result. (b) Hacking. Any change or alteration to the game client. (c) Exploitation. The intentional use of any error or bug within the game to try to gain an advantage over other players. (d) Account Sharing. To play using another player’s account. (e) Obscenity and discrimination. The use of obscene, vile, rude, insulting, threatening, abusive, slanderous or defamatory language. (f) Harassment. Systematic, hostile, repeated acts that aim to isolate or shut out an individual or harm their dignity. (i) Discrimination and belittling. To harm the dignity or integrity of a country, person or group of persons through derogatory, discriminatory or belittling words or actions on the basis of race, skin color, ethnicity, national or social origin, gender, language, religion, sexual orientation, political or any other kind of views, financial status, birth or any other status. (j) Negative statements. To make, publish or support any statement or action that harms or aims to harm or go against the interests of LVP or Supercell. (k) Criminal activity. Involvement in any activity forbidden by any law, statute or common treaty. (l) Bribery. Any offer of gifts to a player, manager, referee, LVP or Supercell employee or any other individual involved in any way in the Tournament in exchange of services that bring about an advantage in the tournament’s results. (m) Deceit. To lie to the Referees or to provide them with false evidence 7.2 Confidentiality. Team members are not allowed to reveal confidential information provided by LVP through any media or means of communication. 1.3 version - May 20th 2019 15t

Upon the discovery that a team member has violated any of the rules stated above, LVP may, with no authority limitation, issue fines at LVP’s own discretion. 7.4 Publishing rights. LVP holds the right to make public the fines issued to given teams. 7.5 Player investigation. If a Referee contacts a team member for a investigation, the team member must tell the truth at all times. 1.3 version - May 20th 2019 16t
