WELCOME TO OPEN ENROLLMENT Benefit Enrollment ▪ The open enrollment period runs from April 1, 2021 – April 30, 2021 ▪ Elections made during open enrollment will become effective May 1, 2021 OPEN ▪ Sharpnack Auto offers you and your eligible family members a ENROLLMENT comprehensive and valuable benefits program. We encourage you to take Employee Benefits the time to educate yourself about your options and choose the best coverage for you and your family.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE If you are a full-time employee OR an employee working 30 or more hours per week on a regular basis), you are eligible to enroll. When you enroll, the following will be eligible for coverage: ➢ Full-time employees who have fulfilled their probationary period ➢ Spouses ➢ All enrolled eligible children will continue to be covered until the child turns age 26
Qualified changes in status include: • Marriage QUALIFYING LIFE • • Divorce Legal separation EVENTS • • Birth or adoption of a child Change in child’s dependent status • Death of a spouse, child or other qualifying status dependent • Commencement or termination of adoption proceedings • Change in spouse’s benefits or employment ➢ It is important to get your changes in now or you will not have an opportunity to change until next April 2022 unless one of the obove events occur. ➢ You have 30 days from the date of the event to notify your Human Resource Department of a change.

Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security … CARES ACT Prescription Drugs The CARES Act permanently reinstates coverage of over-the-counter (OTC) medications as eligible for reimbursement from FSAs, HRAs, and HSAs without need for a prescription. This change is retroactively effective for expenses incurred on or after January 1, 2020.
