Efficiently powerful. Powering the 2019 Elantra is a 2.0L engine delivering 147 horsepower, which can be paired with a 6-speed manual or 6-speed automatic transmission. The standard 6-speed manual transmission includes an EcoShift indicator that identifies ideal shifting points to help you save fuel, while the available 6-speed automatic features SHIFTRONIC® manual shift mode for an engaging driving experience. Designed with purpose, optimized aerodynamic lines of the integrated rear spoiler and undercarriage contribute to reduce drag, while the integrated air vents on each side of the lower front bumper minimize air twisting around the wheel to provide less resistance. The result is enhanced drivability and fuel efficiency.

vehicles that are directly in front of the vehicle. FCA will not detect all vehicles and objects. FCA will not work on winding or hilly roads, during certain weather conditions such as rain, snow, fog and any other times of limited visibility.
Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist (FCA) initiates full braking at speeds between 10 and 80 km/h (vehicle detection) or 10 to 64 km/h (pedestrian detection, when equipped). When equipped with pedestrian detection, FCA will not detect
