By drawing on and enhancing holistic community resources, the objective is to have coordinated, interconnected, ready to go, integrated supports for children and youth during settlement funds distribution and throughout the year. Centred on our awasisak -lighted angelic beings-, pilot programming will implement COVID-19 safety protocols with the development of a number of age-appropriate cultural, creative, sports, family and financial literacy based communications, resources and some activities. The approach was developed in several planning sessions with youth, parents and family members, program managers, Elders and other key stakeholders including Youth Council representative, Jaizy Cowan O'Chiese as well as Jessie Flett. There was an incredible spirit of cooperation. Youth input was very powerful informing the direction that we need to go. Ongoing feedback is helping to create a plan that will begin to take-off in August. Other divisions will lead the work to ensure Elders and community members are also supported. Kitaskinaw Education Authority (KEA) is assigned to oversee the youth plan in So collaboration with Health thinking through a grant called Honouring of my Life to provide youth-centred, future, resiliency-building activities. what are my financial options?
