Contingency Fund: An allowance to cover any costs that may be incurred which are not provided for in other budget items (e.g. payment of an insurance excess) and to pay for the cold water for all units until recouped from owners based on the check meter readings. 15. Long Term Maintenance Plan: Section 116 of the Unit Titles Act 2010 requires every Body Corporate to establish and maintain a Long Term Maintenance Plan ("LTMP") for a minimum period of 10 years. The budget is an estimate of the cost to prepare the LTMP. 16. Health & Safety Plan: In order to comply with The Health & Safety at Work Act it is recommended that the Body Corporate produces and maintains a Health & Safety Report. The allowance is an estimate of the cost to prepare and maintain such a report. 17. GST & Income Tax Return Costs: Fees for preparing 6 monthly GST returns and an annual income tax return on behalf of the Body Corporate as required by the IRD. 18.
