DOBERMAN PINSCHER CLUB OF THE TAPPEN ZEE (DPCTZ) COVID-19 Agreement In order to attend the DPCTZ AKC Obedience and/or Rally Trial, I promise to promote my own safety as well as that of others attending the match and those using the Golden Rule School for Dogs’ facility by agreeing to the following: § At the time this waiver was signed and at any time after until the day of trial I have not had Covid-19 symptoms or been diagnosed with Covid-19 and if I did/do I will not attend the trial. § I always agree to, if necessary, properly wear a mask when I am in the facility. § I always agree to practice social distancing in the facility or while waiting outside the facility. § I understand that if I do not comply with these guidelines, I will be asked to leave. § I am using Golden Rule School for facility of my own volition and am responsible for my own health. I understand that DPCTZ, AKC and their owners, officers, instructors, and staff are in no way liable for any present or future COVID-19 infection that anyone who may have attended a class or rented the facility to train may get. § I understand that the situation involving COVID-19 is continually changing and as such, future guidelines may need to be put into place, which I will also abide by. § I understand that attending the DPCTZ AKC Obedience and/or Rally Trial REQUIRES my signature verifying my agreement with the above.
