CASE STUDY OREO MINI - MINI SPECIAL DELIVERY Product Trial Promotion with Social Sharing OPPORTUNITY Brandmovers worked with 360i, the digital agency for Oreo, to create and execute a promotion designed to generate excitement around the product and drive trial, while aligning with the larger “Mel’s Mini Mart” campaign. HOW IT WORKS Each day during the promotion run, the first 500 people visiting the site were given the opportunity to send a friend a single Oreo mini, with a custom note. The user would provide their info, the info of a friend (including address) and we would mail them their Mini Mini delivery each night. THE RESULTS Aside from getting the product in the hands of over 5,000 consumers, the promotion generated significant PR buzz and consumer excitement - at the height of the promotion, we were giving away each day’s allotment of 500 cookies in under 10 seconds and saw site traffic peaks at over 200,000 users!
NESTLE 150TH ANNIVERSARY PROOF OF PURCHASE/HASHTAG PROMOTION
CASE STUDY NESTLE 150 TH ANNIVERSARY Proof of Purchase/Hashtag Promotion OPPORTUNITY In support of the 150th anniversary of the birth of the Nestle brand, Brandmovers developed a promotion designed to connect the Nestle family of brands with the families of consumers, all while driving social engagement and product purchase. HOW IT WORKS There are two elements to the promotion - to drive social awareness and conversation, and to provide a lightweight engagement, there’s a daily hashtag-based promotion, where consumers can post photos of their families enjoying Nestle products for a chance to win, inc. cameras, gift cards and product coupons. For consumers wanting more, there’s a receipt upload-based sweepstakes awarding a $15,000 family reunion each week. THE RESULTS The promotion delivered increased social conversations around the Nestle brand, and measurable tieback to purchase lift via the receipt upload portion NESTLE 150TH ANNIVERSARY of the promotion. CASE STUDY NUTELLA – WORLD NUTELLA DAY Social UGC and Advocacy OPPORTUNITY World Nutella Day was created by a group of Nutella fans to celebrate their love of Nutella. We worked with Nutella to create a promotion that provided Nutella with a voice in the conversation around this special day, without diminishing the social nature of the day. HOW IT WORKS User are asked to submit a video telling us why they are the world’s greatest Nutella fan. Entries are judged, and then the top 20 videos are posted for fan voting. We picked the best to be the 2016 Nutella Ambassador, who got to travel to New York and spend a week doing Nutella based things throughout their trip which was filmed for future content. THE RESULTS Hundred of user-submitted videos, thousands of votes, millions of content views and Nutella having a meaningful role in World Nutella Day.
CASE STUDY GOLDFISH TALES Social UGC Contest with monthly sweepstakes OPPORTUNITY Goldfish partnered with Brandmovers to develop a digital promotion designed to activate the brand’s core fans - creative moms - to develop high- quality social content for use across social channels. HOW IT WORKS Fans create their own scene aligned with a monthly theme (this month, it’s “love”). They post the photo to Twitter or Instagram with #GoldfishTalesPromotion, and are entered to win. The best entries are pulled forward into an on-site gallery and are in with a chance of winning either a Photo book or grand prize of $1,000.
