               Dave & Jeanne Smith have been a big part of the Allen County Agricultural Society for many years. Dave
               was a Society Director from 1991-2015 serving the City of Lima. Dave served on many committees, including
               Entertainment, Gate/Parking/Safety/Security, Rent, Buildings/Grounds, Personnel, Draft Horses, Scholar-
               ship and was Concessions and Commercial Exhibits Director from 1994-2015. Dave and Jeanne have helped
               in many ways behind the scenes at the Allen County Fair. One favorite way they helped was the compa-
               ny picnics during the fair, helping organizations make their special day as comfortable and entertaining
               as possible. Thank you Dave & Jeanne, for the time and talents you have given to the Allen County Fair.

      FAIR BOARD DIRECTORS
                                                                            Admits one adult to the fairgrounds, anytime, day or night for all nine days of the fair.
                                                                            Also entitles member to vote at the annual election of Directors, according to the
                                                                            rules of the society. Membership Passes are available to Allen County residents only,
                                                                            who are at least 18 years old. A photo ID with current address required to purchase.
