a)    Disaster management, including relief, rehabilitation and
      reconstruction activities & promoting health care including
      preventive health care

i)    Rashtrotthana Parishat

Unisys proposes to donate part of its CSR fund towards Rashtrotthana Parishat, a society
registered under the Mysore Societies Act, 1961.

Rashtrotthana Parishat was created for charitable purposes which includes relief of the
poor, education, medical relief and advancement of any other object of general public
utility.

The Company proposes to contribute a part of its CSR fund to Rashtrotthana Parishat
and this fund shall be used to buy medical equipments and set up Covid specific ICU units
in Maharaja Agrasena Hospital, an unit of Agrawal Seva Samiti Trust.

Rashtrotthana Parishat will be the point of contact for Unisys as a CSR partner and shall
provide necessary reports to Unisys on the utilisation of funds contributed for the above-
mentioned purpose.

ii)   Win Vinaya Foundation

WinVinaya Foundation is a charitable trust which trains person with disabilities in
niche and futuristic skills including software development, data visualization and
more.

The COVID-19 pandemic has disproportionately affected people with disabilities and
there is an urgent need to vaccinate them on priority. Keeping this agenda in mind,
Win Vinaya Foundation has entered into MoU with Assistech Foundation to
effectively assist people with disabilities get them vaccinated. Assistech has framed a
road-map for facilitating the vaccination of persons with disabilities thereby reducing

their exposure to the pandemic. It seeks to achieve this by initiating a project ‘vacc-I-
nation’ (Vaccine Inclusive Nation), VIN, to help people with disabilities and their
caregivers get vaccinated.

Unisys will be contributing to Win Vinaya Foundation and the funds shall be used to
conduct end to end vaccination drive viz. create Helpdesk for enrollment, vaccination
camp operations, transportation for people with disabilities etc.

Win Vinaya will be the point of contact for Unisys, as a CSR partner and shall provide
necessary reports to Unisys on the utilisation of funds contributed for the above-
mentioned purpose.

b) Education and Employment

 i)   Samarthanam Trust for the disabled
Samarthanam trust empowers Person with disability and Underserved and make them
lead an independent life. By providing free education to kids, life skill training to youth
with disabilities, sports for Disabled, encouraging arts and culture and providing
rehabilitation support to women in distress, our objective of continually catering to the
economically backward stratum of the society is always thriving.

Unisys contributes to Sunadha, which is a part of Samarthanam which was created with
a vision to tap the creative and expressive abilities of the disabled which often goes
unnoticed and unnurtured. The main aim of the troupe is to provide a creative outlet to
the emotions of the disabled through dance and also music.

ii) U&I Foundation
U & I is a Bangalore based NGO established in 2011, that works to empower communities
through education and rehabilitative healthcare. U&I is operational in 12 cities across
impacting 950 people through education and rehabilitative healthcare.

Unisys donates/contributes a part of it’s CSR fund to U & I Teach Program to support part
of the educations cost.

iii) Unnati Foundation
Unnati is a vocational training and social transformation program for the underprivileged
youth in the age group of 18–25 years who are less educated and unemployed. The
program consists of 300 hours of training covering areas such as spoken English language
skills, life skills, values, basic computer knowledge, and vocational training based on their
educational qualification.
It provides guaranteed job placement to all the students in various corporates with social
security. UNNATI enables inclusive growth by empowering families below poverty line.

Unisys donates/contributes a part of it’s CSR fund to Unnati Foundation by sponsoring
students for training course in various vocational skills.

 iv) Ashray Akruti
Ashray Akruti is a registered non-profit, non-religious organization and also is member of
the World Hearing Forum which is recognized by World Health Organization (WHO);
working since 1996, to improve the lives of children with disabilities from marginalized
sections of society. The organization strongly believes in the potential of persons with
disabilities and envisions a society where people with disabilities lead a life of dignity as
equal citizens with equitable access to opportunities and services.

Ashray Akruti offers quality education, health care, and sustainable livelihoods to people
with disabilities and underprivileged and also equip special education and rehabilitation
services for children with disabilities and provide ear and hearing screening, diagnosis,
and management through outreach programs for children and adults. Residential facility
is also provided to children who come from other states and outside Hyderabad. Ashray
Akruti is reaching out to the vulnerable section of the society by providing groceries and
other consumable goods and commodities.
Unisys contributes to Ashray Akruti as part of it’s CSR initiatives towards to support
education cost for hearing impaired students from Hyderabad.

c) Environmental Sustainability

The Forward Foundation
Water Conservation-The Forward Foundation takes up lake and river rejuvenation work
not only in Bengaluru but across Karnataka. Lake rejuvenation through sustainable
procedures are planned to improve the Water Table

Unisys will contribute towards Rain Water Harvesting Project in Government Schools
partnering with The Forward Foundation.

d) PRIME MINISTER’S NATIONAL RELIEF FUND

This fund is managed by the Prime Minister’s Office or such other delegated officers,
for national cause. The resources of the PMNRF are utilized primarily to render
immediate relief to families of those killed in natural calamities like floods, cyclones
and earthquakes, etc. and to the victims of the major accidents and riots. Assistance
from PMNRF is also rendered, to partially defray the expenses for medical treatment.

Donation will be made by cheque mode and acknowledgement received will be
preserved for future reference.

e) PM CARES FUND

This is a dedicated national fund with the primary objective of dealing with any kind
of emergency or distress situation, like posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, and to
provide relief to the affected.
