At-Home Test Kits at Libraries
► CCDoH is working the Charles County Public Library to prevent the spread of COVID-19

►   Free At-Home COVID-19 test kits are available
►   Testing kits include two test per box.
►   One box per person or two boxes per household will be distributed
►   Test kits are available at each library branch for curbside pick-up.
►   Test kits are delivered to the libraries weekly depending on shipment arrival.
     ► Home testing kits are limited. Supplies will be replenished when available
     ► Please call before arriving at the library.

Test Kits and KN95 Masks for Healthcare Providers
and Community Agencies
► Free At-Home COVID-19 test kits and KN95 masks are available to local
    healthcare provider practices and community agencies
►
► Test kits can be given to patients or clients for home use

► They may also be used in the practice for rapid testing; however, they
    must be provided to the patient free of charge

► Practices and agencies interested in a supply of test kits and/or masks
    can call the health department to schedule a time for pick up
