Subject to meeting eligibility criteria the scheme is also available to parents and 2 carers of children up to and including Year 8 (or up to age 25 if the learner has multiple and complex needs) who have been asked to self-isolate. Responsibility for repaying the loan lies with you as the tenant, but loans are made more affordable by the low interest rate (1% APR), and the repayment period of up-to five years.
