1. INTRODUCTION Faced with the situation generated by the Coronavirus COVID-19, and in order to act as a brake on its spread, we study prevention measures that prevent contagion and reduce risks to people, being aware that COVID-19 is a biological agent that can cause serious disease, poses a danger to the community, has high spread and there is no real treatment at present. The purpose of this document is to propose specific prevention measures for the development of Costa Blanca Bike Race, combat propagation, doing competitions in safe environments for both professionals and athletes. The recommendations are of reference and will be adapted to the provisions of the health authorities, if any, as well as to establish the time limits recommended or obliged by them. From Costa Blanca Bike Race we need the event to be equipped with security measures to prevent the contagion and spread of the virus, in all areas of the competition This document, which is written with the latest information that the various competent health and safety authorities have indicated to us, this document may be adapted into new versions that regulate the protocols to be followed by state and/or regional administrations. 2. DISCLAIMER 1. The COVID-19 health crisis needs to adapt preventive measures to comply with the protocols set by health authorities. The establishment and implementation of these measures requires commitments and actions by organizers and athletes. This commitment is extensive in cases where symptoms were suffered by third parties in relation to participating athletes, has or has had contact directly or indirectly with one affected by symptoms. 5. That if you have been diagnosed with COVID-19, you agree not to attend, or take part in the event, as long as healthcare strongly shows that it poses a risk to you and the rest of the athletes. 6. That, has been tested for contagion by its means, in the circumstances that recommend it, to check if it has been or has been infected by COVID-19. 7. Who is knowledgeable and accepts and assumes that, in the current state, there is a risk of COVID-19 contagion with the consequences that may arise for his health, even could lead to death. 8. ANNEX 2 RISK ASSESSMENT ACCORDING TO WHO ANALYSIS IN SPORTS EVENTS (COVID-19) END RESULT: VERY LOW RISK 20
Risk assessment before COVID-19 at mass events: key considerations The following control table will allow organizers to review the main considerations to consider when holding an event, and thus share the results of their risk assessment with COVID-19 in relation to the event. This control table will help organizers understand and manage any additional aspects of COVID-19. During event planning, it should be reviewed periodically. It will be updated and contrasted with the updated guidelines and current status reports available on the WHO website immediately before giving way to the operational phase. This is especially important when considering the rapid spread of the coronavirus outbreak. The risk assessment before COVID-19 will be coordinated and integrated with the coVID-19 risk assessment carried out by the host country and should include relevant information from the local public health authority, in addition to the aspects consulted in the updated WHO technical guides to ensure that the updated assessment on the epidemiological situation is available.
