Since inception in 1995 we have been Zimbabwe’s leading supplier of Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning

1. Air conditioning and Refrigeration Systems Installation and Commissioning
Thermacool has a great track record in the air conditioning field having installed all types of air conditioning systems that
include Chilled Water Systems, All Air VAV Systems, Package Ducted Systems, VRV Systems, DX Split units, specialised
pharmaceutical air conditioning systems, specialised theatre air conditioning systems and Clean room systems.
We have also supplied and installed refrigeration systems that include Packaged cold-room.
2. Air Balance and Start-Up
We are fully equipped to commission water balancing, air balancing and start up systems of air conditioning and
refrigeration. We have invested in equipment to fully commission and test all different air conditioning systems. We are
also proud to be the only company in Zimbabwe specializing in HVAC systems for the Pharmaceutical Industry and have
assisted some major pharmaceutical manufacturing companies in qualifying to manufacture for WHO and the Region.

Thermacool has developed a HVAC piping department, now considered one of the best in Zimbabwe. We pride ourselves in
high quality, efficiency and cooperation with the market. From standard office type split units and VRV systems to
complicated central plants, to emergency repairs.

6. Engineering and Preconstruction
This unit offers design/ build services. It is here that the concept is developed and all drawings and coordination of
departments is done. We carry out value engineering, cost budgeting, estimation and CAD drawings allowing us to offer
various system types and therefore multiple options depending on client cost considerations.

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY
All bona fide sub-contractors will be expected to conduct their work in such a manner as to comply with the Company's
Statement of Environmental Policy. Site responsibilities of all sub-contractors will be clarified and laid down by the
Company's management.
Thermacool Pvt Ltd recognizes that day-to-day operations and products in our sector can potentially have both positive
and negative impacts on the environment. We are fully committed to minimizing the potential harmful effects of its actions
and products wherever practicable. We also seek the cooperation of Employees and Sub-Contractors to meet this
commitment.
We insist on compliance with all relevant global environmental legislation and regulatory controls and some basic aims
include minimizing waste, maximizing use of resources and prevention of pollution in all areas of the business. We also
strive to identify significant environmental & social impacts and establish objectives and targets for improvement.
In conjunction with the Company's Health & Safety Policy, the Company will ensure that there will be no risk, as far is
reasonably possible in the use, handling, storing, transportation and control of any substances that are hazardous to health
and to the environment.
The Company expects each and every Employee to take reasonable precautions, exercise due diligence, and use Specialised
Equipment provided by the Company to comply with this commitment and also to take all reasonable steps to co-operate
with his or her Employer in order that all relevant statutory provisions are complied with. We will ensure all employees are
made accountable for these policy goals through training and communication of environmental issues throughout the
company and we encourage all employees to be proactive in the maintenance and further development of the company
environmental management system.
HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY
It is the policy of Thermacool Pvt Ltd to ensure as so far as is reasonably practicable the Health, Safety and Welfare
of all employees working for the company or other persons who may be affected by our undertakings.
We recognize our obligation to meet all relevant legislative requirements pertaining to Health and Safety which apply to
any of the undertakings of the organization.
Thermacool implements the company's Health and Safety Policy and recommends any changes to meet any new
circumstances. The company carry out training in all areas which they feel is relevant. Main types of Health and Safety
training covered include: Safe pass, IOSH, City & Guilds Safe Handling of Refrigerants, Brazer Approval and all basic
requirements.
We acknowledge that the key to successful Health and Safety management requires an effective policy, organization and
arrangements which are reflected through our management structure.
