• President, CEO & Director, Richard Mazur is an Executive and Professional Geoscientist (P.Geo.) with over 45 years of Canadian and international experience in the exploration Management and mining industry as a project geologist, financial analyst and senior executive on base metals, uranium, gold, diamonds, and industrial minerals projects. Mr. Mazur was a founder of Forum in 2004. He is also currently a Director of Big Ridge Gold, Empress Royalty, Impact Silver and Midnight Sun Mining. • VP Exploration, Ken Wheatley is a Professional Geoscientist (P. Geo.) with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan. With 40 continuous years of uranium exploration experience in Saskatchewan, Ken joined Forum in 2007. Prior to Forum he worked with Orano (formerly AREVA Resources Canada Inc.), one of the world’s largest uranium exploration and production companies and Uranerz Exploration and Mining Limited. Mr. Wheatley has a record of mineral discoveries, including eight uranium deposits, four of which became producing mines in the Athabasca Basin, Saskatchewan. • Chief Financial Officer, Dan O’Brien is a member of the Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia and has over 15 years experience working with public companies in the resource industry. Dr. Tan was instrumental in the discovery of the 200 million pound Key Lake uranium deposit which was in production from 1983 to 1997. • Geological Consultant, Larry Hulbert, D.Sc. is a Registered Professional Geoscientist with the Association of Professional Engineers & Geoscientists of Saskatchewan and the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario. Dr. Hulbert is a specialist in magmatic nickel, copper and platinum-group element (PGE) deposits, Dr. Hulbert’s extensive international career as a geoscientist includes work on many major magmatic nickel-copper-PGE complexes in the world and is well regarded throughout the 7 international geological community. 7
Anthony Balme Mr. Balme is an active participant in a Directors number of overseas resource ventures, both public and private. Mr. Balme is a founder of Forum and Chairman. He is the Managing Director of Carter Capital Ltd. and A.M.C. Limited, two private UK investment funds and sits on the Board of other resource companies. Anthony David Cowan Mr. Cowan has practiced in the area of Burns Larry securities and corporate finance for over 30 years. Larry Okada Mr. Okada is a member of both the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Washington CPA. He ran his own firm of Staley, Okada and Partners until PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP acquired his firm. Larry sits on the Board of a number of resource companies and is Forum’s Audit Chairman. Michael A. uranium, boron and unconformity Fir Island 2021 Results offset increasing in this direction 10 drill holes for 3,051 metres in 2021 Results: a boron anomaly (dravite clays) and the unconformity offset of the Cathy Fault increase to NNE. An EM conductor appears along the Cathy Fault under the lake and continues to the NNE.
