Our much anticipated Wedding Tales 2018
came alive on 7 and 8 April, playing host to hap-
py couples looking for their dream wedding.

The spacious hall was buzzing with excitement,
as couples and vendors discussed ideas on their
requirements.

The highlight of the two-day event was the run-
way fashion show, showcasing the European
collection of our partner's bridal gowns.

The audience were treated to our self-choreo-
graphed light and sound show, featuring our
state-of-the-art lighting and sound equipment.

The couples were also invited to sample the food
on the wedding menu provided our 2 inhouse
restaurants. Some lucky couples walked away
with lucky draw prizes worth a total of $10,000.

The Easter Egg hunt was held on 31 March at Temasek Club. From the word “Go”, parents and
children bolted around the Club in search of Easter eggs.

The children then proceeded to paint the eggs to go with their Easter bunny. The resulting cute
and colourful bunnies and eggs brought smiles to both parents and children.
The day ended with a sumptuous lunch at the Spize restaurant.

The Impor-
When you consider how your body functions, it is worrying that many of you have forgotten how to
  utilise your hip properly.

One of the main reasons why I do not recommend beginners to jump into exercises such as Deadlifts,

 ance of Hip
Clean and Jerks, or even a simple kettlebell swing is due to poor hip mobility. Beginners usually are not
able to execute the movement correctly.

Here are some hips mobility drills that you can do on a daily basis to keep your hips healthy and mobile.
These mobility movements can also be done prior to doing any exercises.
