STUDENT RESIDENCES Living on campus is a great way to make the most of your first year at university. Instant friends from around the world, your meals taken care of, and proximity to class, the gym, the library — what could be better? You can choose between single or shared rooms, and there are kitchenettes and common spaces for hanging out on every floor. All rooms are furnished with a bed, bedside table, desk, chair, lamp, small fridge, wardrobe and a bookcase. All residences have laundry facilities and Wi-Fi throughout. Concordia has residences on both campuses, and they are all gender-inclusive. The historic Grey Nuns Residence is on the Sir George Williams Campus, and has an on-site dining hall, as well as the beautiful historic Grey Nuns reading room, a study space open to all students. The Hingston Hall and Jesuit Residences are on the Loyola Campus. Meal plans are mandatory for students living in residence. concordia.ca/residence The all-you-care-to-eat meal plan emphasizes local, organic produce with vegetarian, halal and gluten-free options.
