University W e all have a love/hate relationship with email. It’s been around for more than 30 years now and many of us have both work and personal email accounts. With email apps on our phone, of Missouri we can check it anywhere and anytime. It is our comfort food. But it is not always the most efficient way to share information. Sending St. Louis a file attachment to multiple people means multiple copies. Making changes and tracking versions requires extra work. In addition, with the deluge of emails we receive, it is easy for information to be buried and forgotten. Computer Education & Training Center In recent years, new methods of communication are available. Office 365 and apps such as Teams provide more efficient ways to organize and share information. New artificial intellingence features in the From the Director software assist you in your work. Still, after clinging to email for so long, it is difficult for us to move to new ways. We invite you to check out our Office 365 classes. Our classes now include OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneNote, and a new Introduction to Office 365 class. More advanced classes are available in Power Apps and Power Automate. Browse our catalog to find these or other courses you need, or go online at www.cetc.umsl.edu. Make this a time to learn new skills and new approaches. It is not just email any more.
