1.0 CHSO COMPLIANCE CONSTRUCTION HEALTH AND SAFETY Information: According to Construction Regulations 8 (5) it is a requirement that an employer appoints a competent Construction Health and Safety Professional. Every Health and Safety Professional gets appointed for a specific function(s) with regards to the management of Construction Health & Safety on a site. Talk to us... 1.1 Outsourced CHSO ( Construction Health & Safety Officer) Our CHSO Appointments carry the legal responsibility to ensure Health and Safety Compliance as far as reasonably practicable. Our appointed CHSM will also generate a Health & Safety Plan according to your Hazards, Risks, A Controls and statuary requirements such as the client's Health & Safety Specifications, Baseline Risk Assessments and full compliance to statuary requirements. (A Department of Employment & Labour inspector will have the final say should a CHSA be appointed for a specific project depending on the magnitude of the project or the hazards and risks associated).
