               Swiss International's roots are since 30 years anchored in Switzerland; a country

               Whilst the concepts of our luxury, upscale and midscale brands are tailored to the
               needs of today's savvy business and leisure travelers, the Swiss International

               Swiss International is currently on a tremendous journey of expansion in the GCC

  THE COMPANY

central reservation system SWISS-REZ, the company
offers a range of services like Marketing, Sales, Revenue
Management,      Reputation     Management,      SEO     and
Distribution Management in order to drive profitability. The
hotels benefit furthermore from a robust support
mechanism which includes extensive Business and
Operational Support Sessions as well as tailored training
and courses from the Swiss International Hospitality
Academy. Swiss International is a global company with its
International Services Center located in the UAE.

Under Business Development, Swiss International

Architectural Services, Interior Designing, Financing and

fully serviced gym and either an infinity pool or lap pool, Inspirations compliments

                SWISS-SELECT Lounge addresses the growing need for guest recognition and provides
                a relaxing space for all Swiss-Select members, where they enjoy their independence.

                The Swiss -Select Lounge is an important component of the Swiss International Guest
                Loyalty Program Swiss Select and offers members complimentary continental
                breakfast and all day refreshments and snacks.

                The Swiss Select Lounge is found in all Swiss International Hotels & Resorts and Swiss
                Spirit Hotels & Suites, and aims at providing Swiss International’s loyal guests with
                personalized services.

LOYALTY PROGRAM FOR BOOKERS
Swiss-Darling Bookers Club has been exclusively created for
reservation makers who book for hotel room nights on behalf of their
company/employer.

The bookers are rewarded with points for every room night booked
which can be later redeemed. The Swiss Darling loyalty program is
free to join, and every booker gets a unique login credentials with the

THE OPERATING FORMULA

                        Swiss International makes available for its affiliated hotels under
                        License or Management agreement the following formula: the License,
                        the System and the Services

       BRAND
                        The Brand allows the affiliated hotel to make use of the “Swiss
                        International” brand name and its relevant concepts as defined and
                        details of which are set out in the company’s Manual.

                        The Operating Systems: The operating system is the collective
                        umbrella of all the commercial initiatives that Swiss International makes
                        available to generate value into the hotels. At Swiss International, it is
 OPERATING              mandatory that the hotels take advantage of the full range of these
                        initiatives as they all are interlinked and will bring the desired results as

                        The Support Services: Swiss International provides an extensive
                        range of services for its hotels. Some of the mentioned services are :

OPERATING SYSTEMS (VALUE DRIVERS)

At Swiss International, the hotels take advantage
of the full range of operating systems that are
interlinked to bring the results in terms of guest
satisfaction and financial profit.
The hotels are connected to the systems, further the
systems are interfaced between each other.

The systems include but are not limited to distribution systems,
channel   managers,      rate solicitation program,     property
management system, revenue management system, reputation
management system, loyalty program together with learning and

THE SUPPORT MECHANISM

COMMERCIAL AND OPERATIONAL BUSINESS SUPPORT

The hotels under Swiss International’s umbrella benefit
furthermore from a robust support mechanism which
includes extensive Commercial and Operational Business
Support Sessions.

The business session are held on a quarterly basis with the
objectives to:

Measure the improvement of the Brand Performance
 Indicator

Ensure that the hotel is taking full advantage of the Swiss
 International Brands & Concepts as well as the Swiss
 International Commercial Value drivers in order to
 maximize its financial results.

Support the hotel to reduce operational costs and to
 augment the GOP (Gross Operating Profit) or EBITDA
 (Earnings Before Interests, Taxes, Depreciation and
 Amortization)
