Acrylic Safety Mirrors
Acrylic is a strong, impact resistant material. It is approximately
10 times stronger than glass. Trade names include Plexiglass and
Perspex.
Typical environments include schools, colleges, care homes, nurseries, pubs &
clubs, etc. These mirrors are used for applications where glass mirrors would
be impractical or a safety hazard.
Key Information:
Mirrors can be supplied with an optional scratch-
resistant coating.
Acrylic mirrors are suitable for fixing to any flat
substrate.
Available in 3mm and 6mm thickness.
Manufactured from high quality material.

approximately 200 times stronger than glass.

Stainless Steel Safety Mirrors
These anti-vandal mirrors are manufactured from
high-grade 304 stainless steel that will not rust or
discolour.
Stainless steel mirrors are virtually unbreakable and hygienic.
Key Information:
The mirrors are polished to an ultra-bright finish to maximise reflection
clarity.
Stainless steel mirrors are used where good hygiene is required and/or
vandalism is likely.
Our standard stainless steel mirrors are supplied 0.9mm thick.
Typical environments include food factories, prisons, public buildings,
hospitals, schools etc.

Safety Backed Glass Mirrors
Our standard range of glass mirrors are supplied
safety backed to BS6206 class B & C.
Key Information:
We can supply glass mirrors in 4mm and 6mm
thickness.
Mirrors can be manufactured up to a size of 3000 x
2000mm. Bespoke shapes and sizes are available.
Our standard glass mirrors are supplied with a flat
polished edge (2mm bevel).
Glass Mirror Fixing Methods:
Screw holes & dome head fixings (as standard).
Aluminium mirror trim.
Secret fixings (verity clips).
Safety backed Glass mirrors must be mechanically fixed. Mirror adhesive is not recommended.

Flat Ligature Resistant Safety Mirrors
A virtually unbreakable polycarbonate safety mirror
designed specifically for use in the harsh corrections
and mental health environment.
These polycarbonate mirrors cannot be honed into a sharp
edge. These mirrors are suitable for applications where there is
a risk of self harm or harm to others.
Key Information:
Supplied with scratch resistant coating as standard.
Manufactured from 6mm thick polycarbonate.
Features 25mm radius corners, smooth polished edges
and countersunk screw holes.
Fixed with anti-tamper stainless steel fixings and
double sided tape around the perimeter to prevent
insertions.
Designed with a 3mm edge radius with a flat section to
facilitate anti-pick mastic.
Our Polycarbonate Mirrors are supplied with a scratch resistant coating to improve abrasion
resistance.

Framed Ligature Resistant Safety Mirrors
A virtually unbreakable polycarbonate mirror designed specifically
for use in the harsh corrections and mental health environment.
Key Information:
The frame is manufactured from solid white PVC. It features 25mm
radius corners and a 3mm edge radius.
The robust design reduces the potential for self-harm or harm to others.
Supplied with a scratch resistant coating as standard.
The mirror frame is designed to be fully bonded to the substrate and
anti-pick mastic to be applied to the perimeter.
Mirrors can be supplied with anti-tamper fixings for additional security.

Ligature Resistant Observation Mirrors
These polycarbonate products are designed specifically for
use in the harsh corrections and mental health
environment.
The premium quality materials and unique design features ensures that
this product range is virtually unbreakable, tamper proof, ligature
resistant & unlikely that weapons can be manufactured from any part.
The frame and fixing hole design has been developed to meet the
stringent requirements of the UK Home Office and the London
Metropolitan Police. These Correctional Mirrors are used in prisons
and correctional institutions throughout the world.
The Ligature Resistant Observation Mirror is supplied with a foam
insert to improve impact resistance.
