June 22 –26 UK SOCCER CAMP Description: UK International Soccer Camp will be hosting the PCB Parks & Recreation 2015 Soccer Summer Camp. UK International was established in 1990. Since that time, they have developed an excellent reputation and have become one of the largest providers of soccer instruction within the United States. Don’t miss out this year! UK International coaches are primarily from Great Britain and have been specially selected for their expertise in teaching children the game of soccer. The camp program is age appropriate, child centered and designed to work on specific technical skills and tactical situations. The coaches work with the same group of children for the whole week and establish a rapport that supports the development of the individual player. We will offer local families the opportunity to “Host a Coach” during camp week, (Sunday-Saturday). Staying in the homes of local families gives the UK coaches a taste of life in the United States, while the host families benefit by learning about the British way of life and its cultural differences. It’s an excellent chance for your youngsters to see life from a different perspective, therefore enhancing their soccer education.
