FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS The City of Fayetteville is seeking a Human Resources Director for a new, CITY ORGANIZATION exciting opportunity. Assist other departments who are applying for grants which require EEO-data-related information. 9. Prepare or oversee preparation of Requests for Proposals (RFPs). 10. Sign off on HR Division expenditures and monitor HR Division budget. 11. Manage communications with City Council, including preparing Council Agenda items and presenting infor- mation at City Council meetings as needed. 12. COMPENSATION, BENEFITS, AND HOW TO APPLY SALARY The salary range for this position will be dependent upon the experience and qualifications of the successful candidate.
