Aunt Sarah’s Ad - Use same as April month
Scott Vokey
June 7, 1976 - April 12, 2021
With heavy hearts, we the family of Scott Vokey, announce his sudden passing on
April 12, 2021. Scott was well known as a skilled craftsman of all things wood, an
avid hunter and outdoorsman, a lover of music, and a gatherer of people. His
hometown of Trinity, Newfoundland was always near and dear to his heart, even
while working and raising his family in Grande Prairie, Alberta.
Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories: Evelyn, Kelly, Damian, Natasha,
Grayson, Sadie, Jayla, Tatum, Tavia, Maverick, Everly and Jameson, as well as a
very large circle of family and friends.
A celebration of Scott’s life will be announced at a later date in Grande Prairie,
Alberta and Trinity, Newfoundland.
Colouring Contest
Children of all ages up to 12 have an opportunity to win an art and
craft kit by colouring the Mother’s Day page in this month’s Trinity
Bight Enterprise. Please submit entries by Friday, May 28th by mailing

Note of Thanks
I would like to send out a Note of Thanks to all those who have
asked about me while in the hospital and the Miller Centre. To
those who sent get well wishes by phone calls, text messages and
cards. Thank you to those who dropped off the delicious muffins
and fruit trays at the door - I loved them! Just to let everybody
know, I am glad to be home and well on the road to recovery.

the surnames of Dunfield (formerly known as Cuckold’s Cove) as compiled and Happy Birthday to
researched by Henry (Harry) Clarke. This material is now available on our Heather King

on May 29th.
This research was completed using the baptism, marriage and burial records of the Love Uncle Robert
Anglican Parish of Trinity from the 1700, 1800 and 1900s.
