8 WEST LODGE PARK Sunday 15th December 2019 CHRISTMAS CONCERT DINNER ‘One Starry Night’ – Camilla Jeppeson (Soprano) and Mary Reid (Harpist) Camilla and Mary began working as a duo after several years of performing together as accompanists with the Promenade Girls’ Choir in Surrey. Having inaugurated last year with a recital at All Saints Church Fulham, they embarked on a national tour of the UK and enjoy performing a wide range of music from the Renaissance to the present day. “The tradition of Concerts at West Lodge Park was started by my father Trevor in 1974.” – Andrew

CHRISTMAS 2019 11 Wednesday 25th December 2018 – Sunday 5th January 2020 RESTAURANT AND BAR “The Mary Beale Restaurant and Terrace Bar are open throughout the majority of December and January as usual for breakfast, morning coffee, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner.” We are fully open for afternoon teas plus Table d’hote and A la Carte lunches and dinners up to and including Christmas Eve. On Christmas Day & Boxing Day we are only open for the special pre-booked lunches as listed on the following pages. From Friday 27th December 2019 - Sunday 5th January 2020 We are open for breakfast, 5/5/5 Table d’hote lunches and dinners, and also afternoon teas. The only exceptions being the 31st December, and 1st January 2020, where we are only open for the special pre-booked New Year’s Eve event and the pre-booked New Year’s Day luncheon. On Monday 6th January 2020, we return to full menus for all services. 18 WEST LODGE PARK Friday 24th January 2020 BURNS NIGHT “Celebrate with us the traditional Burns Night Dinner.” One of the highlights of the year, our Burns night is an authentic celebration of all that is best from north of the border. Our piper addresses the haggis with the famous poem by Robert Burns, recited in Gaelic. Reception at 7.00pm with sparkling wine and canapés in the John Evelyn Room, piping into dinner in the Mary Beale Restaurant, four course dinner, coffee and tea, recital of Address to a Haggis by Robert Burns and a dram of Scotch whisky. CHRISTMAS 2019 19 TERMS & CONDITIONS • All reservations for party nights, private festive lunches & dinners will be treated as provisional and will be held for no more than 10 days pending receipt of written confirmation and a non- refundable deposit of £10.00 per person. • Full pre-payment is required 28 days prior to the event. Deposits are non-transferable. • For Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day and Burns Night full prepayment is required at time of booking. • All alterations to a booking must be confirmed in writing. • Once final payment is made no refunds or credit vouchers will be given. We will however try to resell the places released but give no guarantee that this will be done. No refund will be considered on bookings cancelled less than 14 days before the event. • Any alteration to numbers must be advised at least 7 days prior to the event day. • In the event of any function having to be cancelled by the hotel, an alternate date or venue will be offered or a full refund given. • The hotel reserves the right to amalgamate Christmas events to ensure appropriate numbers. We also reserve the right to move the event to a different function suite should numbers dictate. • The hotel reserves the right to group small tables together on party nights, to create a more sociable atmosphere. • We reserve the right to cancel advertised entertainment due to circumstances beyond our control. • Any additional service or services must be paid for on the night. No credit facilities will be offered unless secured with a credit/ debit card. • All times shown are subject to approval by the local licensing authority. • All details are correct at time of going to press but may be subject to alterations without prior notice.
