World Para Athletics announced the inclusion of RaceRunning
events for athletes with severe co-ordination impairments in
competitions from 2018.
RaceRunning was first introduced over 25 years ago in
Denmark for athletes with high support needs. Competitors
use a three-wheeled frame to provide support as they race
around the track.
Quest 88 brought RaceRunning and the RaceRunner to the
UK 14 years ago and is delighted with the news and proud
to have played its part in helping to grow the sport in the UK,
alongside RaceRunning Scotland, CP Sport and the growing
