3. LOGO.

In order to guarantee a consistently clean and sophisticated
appearance, always maintain the clear space surrounding the
CENTURY 21 logo.

Clear space is the minimum “breathing room” maintained
around the logo. Determine the logo’s clear space (X) by
measuring the width of the “1” in the logotype. Always keep an
area equal to this width (indicated in the diagram) clear on all
sides of the logo.

Note: The size of the clear space will change proportionately to
the size of the logo.

Do not reproduce the logo smaller than the example on this

Designed and created by our manufacturer, OnePM, the new Yard
Arm is simple to assemble and made from lightweight aluminium.
Yard Arms are sold in packages of 5 for $990 and include
assembly instructions (refer Members Gallery). Ground Spikes are
sold separately at $38.50 each.
To order go to:

and create a new account. Create a new username and password
(ensuring that you keep a copy of these details in case of future
ordering).

It is crucial that a professional
photographer is hired for all listing
photography.
This is to make the best possible
impact on the consumer and stand out
above competitors with a high level of
professionalism.
A great property photo needs:
•   To be in sharp focus.
•   Have good exposure (not too dark or
    too light).
•   Have good depth-of-field (everything
    close and further away appears in
    focus).
•   Show vibrant colours (whites look
    white, not orange or grey)
•   Be taken at an angle that shows the
    property to its best advantage.
