Why Study Abroad? Studying abroad provides students with opportunities to learn more about the complex, rapidly changing and yet “smaller” and better-connected world in which we work, live and learn. Through study abroad, students gain knowledge and skills while also developing an attitude open to new ways of thinking, a pre-requisite for success in today’s global society.
