As another exciting year for Cedar Woods begins, I am pleased to share with you
the latest progress on our developments from around the country.
We are heading into 2019 with our focus on continuing to deliver high quality residential communities and
commercial spaces, which cater to a diverse range of buyer and tenant needs.
Recently, we have seen many exciting developments within our projects, including the move of
Target Australia to our Williams Landing community and a number of project launches, including
Botanica Apartments within Glenside in South Australia, the last stages of Carlingford Estate in Victoria, and
the upcoming launch of Fletcher’s Slip in Port Adelaide.

Huntington Apartments coming soon at Jackson Green
We are proud to announce that the launch

the Huntington Apartments will be available from
February 2019. The development will consist of a

sold out prior to completion. To date, the community

Cedar Woods’ success in Clayton South caters
to strong demand for apartment living in the south
eastern suburbs. According to a Kingston City Council
report, the municipality’s population is estimated to
grow by 24,000 people over the next 15 years, with
apartments expected to make up 16 per cent of homes
by 2031.
Apartment living is a relatively new trend in the area,
with buyers increasingly attracted to a modern, low-
maintenance lifestyle, as well as the area’s established

Carlingford Estate relaunches land in Lalor
Carlingford Estate is an established community in
Lalor, only 17 kilometres from Melbourne’s CBD.
With one of the last stages launched in December 2018, the
Newport Release was the first release at Carlingford Estate since
2015 and there has been a great response from purchasers
