OUR PEOPLE Victor Said Founder and Chairman Victor established Rivergum Homes in 1994, and has guided its growth to become one of the building industry’s high performers. Today Rivergum is clearly one of the most significant building groups in South Australia, while in Queensland and Victoria the business is making its mark with optimistic growth targets. It is Victor’s drive and entrepreneurship that has led the company to achieve sustained growth, irrespective of economic conditions, through his embracement and leadership in design and construction innovation, and private and government partnerships that yield positive outcomes. Marc Taintey Chief Executive Officer Marc joined Rivergum Group in 2013 to drive Rivergum’s strong growth trajectory and sharpen the Group’s agenda and forward strategy. As Chief Executive Officer, Marc has not only cemented these goals but also paved the way for continued success in innovative design and ensuring the company’s focus to lead the industry in providing smarter, more affordable and sustainable building solutions, whilst providing an exceptional customer experience, is achieved. Marc is a chartered accountant with extensive experience in executive leadership positions across business advisory, real estate & property, and major projects in both the private and public sector. 8

The architectural treatment reflects the gritty urban character of the Bowden redevelopment project in which it is located. The government partnership with Renewal SA was formed to provide affordable housing choices and has produced South Australia’s first small lot Torrens Title house and land packages from $159,000 – $209,000. KIDMAN PARK Won through a competitive tender process, Renewal SA nominated Rivergum as the preferred building partner for the ‘Renewing Our Streets and Suburbs’ project at Kidman Park, following our national award-winning work on Town Life Living at Playford Alive. PROSPECT Working in close partnership with a private investor, Rivergum developed 16 high-end triple-storey townhouses that complemented an established cosmopolitan neighbourhood. THE CRESCENT, ST MARYS This project sets a new local benchmark for luxury, quality and design. BAYRIVER, LARGS NORTH Rivergum successfully delivered two medium density precincts within the Defence Housing Australia’s Bayriver project. The first is Bayriver Sands comprising double-storey townhouses. Uniquely, each of the parcels were marketed separately to capitalise on individual location features. KOKODA BARRACKS, CANUNGRA Rivergum Homes were awarded the contract 30 single storey brick veneer dwellings on behalf of Defence Housing Australia at the Kokoda Barracks in Witheren, Queensland.
