He is extremely likable and personable, I felt like he came across extremely well when I interviewed him. He was eager to tell me his previous key achievements and prove his commercial acumen. He has extensive experience with financial modelling and creating dashboards which he has implemented Candidate 1 across the businesses he has worked for. He is a very confident finance business partner was enthusiastic when describing his examples of where he has influenced senior stakeholders and worked closely with non-finance heads of departments.
