CALL FOR POSTER – flash presentation EuroScience Open Forum 2018 Toulouse (France), 9 – 14 July 2018 – SHARING SCIENCE: TOWARDS NEW HORIZONS – This call seeks proposals of abstracts for the ESOF Poster session. For the first time, a poster session is an integral part of the ESOF programme. Poster presentation is a way to visually present research results or relevant initiatives. Although poster presentations are not restricted to students and young researchers (who are less represented among session speakers), this call is especially important for them. Posters will be exhibited in dedicated areas with specific slots for their authors to be present and explain their poster with possibility of flash presentations; moments for visiting posters will be highlighted in the general programme. Abstract submissions for posters must represent sound science or relevant initiatives related to science, innovation or dialogue science/society, and should be understandable for scientists outside the specific discipline as well as for other ESOF attendees (students, industry, science journalists, social actors and policy makers).
