HEALTHY LIVING Teaching Safety Around Water YOUTH GROUP SWIM LESSONS AGES 3 - 14 Our swim lesson program focuses on swimming technique and skill in four competitive strokes: Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke, and Butterfly. Learn the foundation and skill needed to become safe and comfortable in the water progressing in all four strokes to prepare for a competitive swim team if there is an interest.
