Our elopement package is designed to make your wedding day simply wonderful!

Elope on the Edge Package Inclusions
• Two nights accommodation in a suite of your choice (Three nights required Jun-Sep)
• Bottle of sparkling wine and a sweet treat from Chocolate
Tofino in your suite, upon arrival or for your celebration
• Marriage commissioner fees and booking
• One west coast inspired bridal bouquet and boutonniere
• Daily Breakfast for Two (1 breakfast entrée & 1 breakfast
beverage, alcohol not included)
• One 3 Course dinner for two in Currents Restaurant
• Two witnesses, if needed, for your ceremony
• Two plush Black Rock Spa Bathrobes

Package Rates Black Rock Oceanfront Resort offers rainforest views, partial views, and ocean views for our Lodge Studio, One Bedroom, and Two Bedroom suites. Rainforest and ocean views are offered for our Studio, One Bedroom, and Two bedroom Wild Pacific Trail suites. Rates are based on room type, view, location, and season.
Resort Amenities Currents Restaurant Come for the view – stay for the food. Reservations are strongly recommended for dinner. For dinner reservations please call (250) 726 - 4811. Open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Big Beach Bar & Lounge Relax fireside with a specialty coffee or signature cocktail and share an appetizer while enjoying the ocean view. Open daily at 3pm. Drift Spa Featuring Sea Flora organic seaweed products. Enjoy singles or couple’s massage, hot stone, esthetics and more. Open daily at 9am. Ask about our Private Suite! The Mini Den Set adjacent to the Lobby. Enjoy the amenities in your room? Now you can take them home with you! The Den is our local refillery. Their main shop is located at Whiskey Landing across from the Ucluelet Aquarium if you would like to see their full selection. Facilities Relax in one of the two outdoor hot tubs or take a dip in the plunge pool. Enjoy our 24hr Fitness Center. Ceremony Locations
Big Beach Bar & Lounge Patio
Ceremonies may take place on our Big Beach Bar & Lounge Patio overlooking the open ocean.
Available between 10am to 2pm only.
Cedar Beach
Located on the Black Rock Oceanfront Resort property, facing Big Beach. This small beach is available
any time of day and is a lovely setting for a ceremony. This is not a sandy beach.
Brown’s Beach
A slightly secluded, rock wall surrounded beach offers yet another breathtaking beach ceremony
option.
Big Beach
Located adjacent to Black Rock Resort, the Wild Pacific Trail follows directly to Big Beach.
Wild Pacific Trail
With over 8 km of rainforest and ocean view lookouts, there is no shortage of breathtaking spots
for your elopement.

Wine Cellar Amphitrite Point Lighthouse
If available, our private Wine Cellar is Approximately a five-minute drive from the

stunning ocean views and a rocky

For a more intimate ceremony we
suggest the privacy of your suite, Pacific Rim National Park
indoors or on your patio. Any of the areas within the National Park
are always a great location. Please note
that all national park guidelines must be
followed.
*Please Note: For offsite ceremonies you will need to provide your own witnesses.
Rugged coastlines, lush windswept trees along the Wild Pacific Trail are the ideal backdrop for your
West Coast Wedding.

based on availability.
Minimum session 2 hour, additional fees will apply and will vary with each photographer.
Elopement couple is responsible for payment to the photgorapher.

As part of the elopement package, you will receive one West Coast
inspired bridal bouquet and boutonniere.
Let our team know if you have a specific bouquet in mind to pass
along to the florist.

British Columbia Marriage Laws
Once you have confirmed your elopement
date and time, our team will contact and book a local marriage commissioner.
will contact you to start planning your ceremony

Prior to your wedding date, you will need to buy a marriage license.
Only one member of the couple is required to apply for a marriage license, but he or she must
apply in person and must have two pieces of identification for both parties.
The marriage license is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
In BC, a marriage license can be purchased from any BC Government Agent office. There is a
Service BC located at 5-1636 Peninsula Rd, however it is advised to obtain this license prior to your
arrival in Ucluelet.
