Eligibility Criteria: All participant nation must have the fees on good standing with BISFedwith their membership for 2020 paid in full. Minimumage for competition is 15 years as of the 1stof January 2020. Entry Fee 1050€ (accommodation in twin en-suite rooms, all meals from dinner 29th March to breakfast 5th April, transport from/to Zagreb Airport, daily transport from hotel to venue and back) Extra costs for single rooms is 210€ (35€ per night) The following staff are permitted: • 1 Team Leader • 1 Medical/Technical • 1 Coach per Team/Pair • 1 Assistant per Athlete • Any additional staff must be approved by HOC and will be charged a one-off fee of 300€ on top off entry fee.

Meals First Meal Provided – Dinner on a day of arrival Last Meal Provided – Breakfast on a day of departure Breakfast and Dinner will be served in the hotel, Lunch will be served in the venue. The competition schedule will not include lunch breaks, so lunch will be served over a long enough period to allow everyone to eat during the day. It is the rensposibility of each country to advise the HOC of any special dietary requirements as part of the final entry. Visas It is the rensposibility of the teams to to obtain any necessary Visas to enter Croatia. Please, use the link to check if you require a Visa to visit Croatia. http://www.mvep.hr/en/consular-information/visas/visa-requirements-overview/ Please ensure you apply in a good time to obtaine Visas. The HOC will support where is possible, but cannot help if a Visa application is not made in a good time. Transport At arrival and departure, the HOC will ensure transportation for all delegations and officials from Zagreb Airport to the Hotel and from the Hotel to the Airport. During competition the HOC will ensure transportation on the route Hotel – Venue- Hotel. Detailed schedule of transportation will be available inthe hotel lobby and the information desk at the venue. We could also offer transport service from/to Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport(375km from Zagreb) or Vienna International Airport (390km from Zagreb). Details and extra payment will be determined individually.
Insurance Each team must attend the Event with their own medical and travel assurance to cover loss ofproperty, injures or medical treatment, travel disruption or luggage loss. BISFed and the RegionalOpen HOC will accept no responsibilities for injuries or loss of wages due to injuries.
