Short-Term Disability (STD)
SiteOne automatically provides you with short-term disability (STD) coverage when you become eligible
for benefits. The STD plan provides 65 percent of your weekly salary, to a maximum of $4,200.00 per
week for up to 51 weeks of disability. Benefits begin after seven days of disability resulting from an
accident or illness.

Please note: If you are employed in a state that has a state-mandated disability plan, your disability
benefits will be subject to state law. Please contact Cigna for more information or to file a claim.

Long-Term Disability (LTD)
Long-term disability (LTD) coverage is automatically provided to you and gives you benefits when you
need them the most. Think of it as a way to insure your income in the event of an extended illness or
injury. LTD coverage will replace 60 percent of your annual salary, to a monthly maximum of $15,000.00,
if you are disabled for more than 12 months and are unable to work. LTD benefits are offset with other
sources of income, such as Social Security and workers’ compensation. See plan document for plan

Voluntary Long-Term Disability
Voluntary LTD enhances the employer paid LTD benefit that you receive. You can purchase coverage
