Das Werk wurde im Jahr 2017 einer tiefgreifenden

ausforderung arbeitete Beaver mit höchst kompetenten
Ingenieuren zusammen. Um bemerkenswerten Erfolg hin-
sichtlich Qualität und Schnelligkeit bei der Umsetzung
dieser prestigeträchtigen Aufgabe zu erzielen, wandte sich
Beaver Precast Gulf an MCT Italy, einen internationalen
Maschinenhersteller und Berater für die Betonfertigteil-
industrie, der bei diesem Projekt vom lokalen Partnerun-
ternehmen Philip Tabone International unterstützt wurde.
Von MCT Italy entwickelte Technologie
Das Werk besteht aus fünf Fertigungshallen und zwei
unabhängigen Mischanlagen mit vollautomatischem Be-
tonverteilsystem mittels Hochgeschwindigkeitskübelbahn
und automatischen Betoniereinrichtungen.
Die erste mit zwei Planetenmischern vom Typ 2250/1500
und einem Mischer vom Typ 1500/1000 ausgestattete Mi-

The new software control system, together with the
technologies developed by MCT, enables our customers
to achieve the most efficient precast production, mini-
mizing mistakes, waste and reducing costs.
Several new features have been implemented in our
software aiming to considerably reduce the manual
work of the operators, meanwhile guaranteeing the best
results. MCT added a proactive support in order to be
able to prevent any possible fault and to monitor the
status of the plant from the headquarter almost real-
