FA LL COLOR TO UR O CT 10, 2020
Jerry Zajicek and Bernd Kampe are planning our MB Club’s fall color tour for Saturday, Oct 10th.
We will all meet at 12:00 noon at the Wollersheim Winery, 7876 State Road 188, near Prairie du Sac.
This historic and award-winning winery overlooks the Wisconsin River. We will have a light lunch
at their Bistro. They are not doing any tours now, but you can visit their wine gift shop if you like
(must wear a mask due to Dane County rules). https://www.wollersheim.com/bistro/

Afterwards, we will begin our driving tour to Mirror Lake State Park on several scenic fall color
roads. We will drive by the state-owned and restored Seth Peterson Cottage (www.sethpeterson.org),
which overlooks Mirror Lake State Park. It was designed by Frank Lloyd Wright in 1958, a year be-
fore his death. The cottage is currently closed
to visitor tours due to the virus. A state of
Wisconsin Park sticker is required if you stop
to park, but not if just driving through.

Afterwards, you can drive back home on any
route you choose.

Please call/text message Bernd Kampe at 262-
492-4441 or email bkampe0@gmail.com by Oct
5th if you will be joining us on this unique fall
color tour.
