Tuition Fee Waiver (TFW) Scheme
• A maximum up to 5 % of intake of Government / Grant-in-aid and Self-
  financed institutes seats are considered,
• These are supernumerary seats.
• No tuition fees to be paid during four years,
• The Scheme is for all category of candidates including open.
• The admission is given on the basis of merit only.
• While filling the choices separate choice is to be given for this scheme.
  Eligibility Criteria:
1) The annual income of family from all sources shall not exceed than 8.0
     lakhs.
2) Valid Income certificate issued by following authorities;
     a) Jan-seva Kendra, Collector office
     b) Mamlatdar / Deputy Mamalatdar c) District Development Officer (DDO)
     d) Taluka Vikas Adhikari (TDO)       d) Samaj Kalyan office
     Following documents are not valid: Form-16, income tax return copy,
     Certificate issued by Sarpanch.
Income Certificate
Bank Loan Facility
• Need Based Finance up to 10 Lacs
• Security: No security requires up to 7.50 lacs
• No Processing Fee
• Repayment: Commences two years after completion of the
  course or six month after getting employment. No repayment
  penalty
• Eligibility: Should be an Indian National & should secure
  admission on merit to professional/technical courses in India
  including MQ
• Interest subsidy to Economically Weaker Section (EWC): EWC
  means whose family income is less than 4.5 lacs. Income
  certificate shall be issued by District Collector, Dy.

Mukhyamantri Yuva Swawlamban Yojna
              (MYSY)
Eligibility criteria

1. Student in any stream passing standard 10th with 80
   percentile for diploma admission in recognised
   engineering polytechnic.
2. Student in any stream passing standard 12th with 80
   percentile for any recognised professional course like
   engineering, pharmacy, medical, dental etc including
   commerce.
3. Gross family annual income should be Rs. 6 Lac or
   below for current financial year (income proof from
   competent authority)
4. Student of any category can apply, no need of caste
   certificate.
Mukhyamantri Yuva Swawlamban Yojna
              (MYSY)
Scholarship:

1. Student in diploma polytechnic the admissible scholarship is
   maximum up to Rs.30000 or 50% of annual tuition fee
   whichever is less.
2. Student in degree engineering ,pharmacy       the admissible
   scholarship is maximum up to Rs.50000 or 50% of annual fee
   whichever is less.
3. Student in medical, dental the admissible scholarship is
   maximum up to Rs.200000 or 50 % of annual fee whichever is
   less.
4. In any other professional degree course amount of scholarship
   is up to Rs.10000.
5. Over and above in first year every eligible students will get
   sadhan sahay as fixed amount
6. Rs.12000 Food bill is also given to hostel students studying
   outside taluka on submission of proof.

Major Changes in Registration Process

• Students need not to enter their marks in
  registration module.

• Marks will be fetched and displayed in ONE WEEK
  directly by ACPC, any grievances time period of
  verification will be provided.

• Students who belongs to OPEN & Non-TFWs category
  will be automatically verified.

Be careful !!
• You can fill maximum number of choices but sequence
  of choices are important. Keep those branches of
  institute in priority where you want to secure
  admission first.

Reshuffling Round
            • After completion of first round and
              admission confirmation, reshuffling round
Process       will start as given in schedule.
            • For participation in reshuffling, cancellation
              of previous admission is not required.

            • You can alter, modify and add your

              choices properly.
            • If your getting allotment in reshuffling round, first round
              admission will be cancelled automatically, irrespective to you
              are confirming admission in reshuffling or not. So, don’t fill
              unnecessary choices in reshuffling. .
Remarks     • If you are not getting any admission in reshuffling, your first
              round admission will retain, if the same is confirmed in first
              round
            • Candidate shall have to confirm his reshuffled admission by
              paying difference of token fee amount.
Be careful !!
• If you have been allotted any admission in reshuffling
  round and you are not confirming it, this implies you
  are not interested in the reshuffled admission. This will
  render you without admission, as the previous round
  admission is already reshuffled and the reshuffled one
  is not confirmed.

  અને આપ તે 'વેશ ને કાયમ ન કરો અથવા આપના અગાઉ ના

Management Quota and Vacant seats
          admission process
• For 25% of management quota (including NRI seats),
  institute have to advertise in newspapers and invite
  applications. Institute has to fill seats as per merit list.
  For entire admission process should be done as per
  guidelines. Institutes has to endorse entire admission
  process to committee.

  ભરવા માટ સં;થા એ અખબારોમાં હરાત આપવા ની હોય છે .

• After completion of admission process, committee will
  allow SFI institutes to fill vacant seats. Committee will
  advertise the same in all leading newspapers. Admission
  has to be done as per guidelines mentioned in prevailing
  admission rules.

• ઓનલાઈન 'વેશ ')યા N ૂણ કયા પછ, 'વેશ સિમિત ;વિનભર
  સં;થાઓ ને 'વતમાન િનયમો અ7ુસાર ખાલી બેઠકો ભરવા માટ
  પરવાનગી આપે છે . 'વેશ સિમિત તમામ અQણી અખબારોમાં જ
  હરાત કરશે.
Cancellation process & Fee Refund Guidelines

• If Candidate cancels his allotted admission within given
  time period through ONLINE module, he is eligible for
  refund of token tuition fees. However, candidate can
  not claim his cancelled admission in future.
• ઉમેદવાર ઓનલાઇન મોડ_ુલ મારફતે ફાળવવામાં આવેલ 'વેશ
  આપેલ િનધારત સમય મયાદા ની `દર રદ કરાવે તો , તો તે
  ટોકન ટaુશન ફ રફંડ માટ લાયક છે . જો ક, ઉમેદવાર
  ભિવIયમાં તેમના રદ 'વેશ પર દાવો ન કર શક.
• Admission cancelled by mistake, can be reinstated in
  stipulated  time period ONLY as mentioned in
  schedule.
• b ૂલ થી રદ થયેલ 'વેશ િનયત સમય મયાદા માં Nુનઃ
  ';થાિપત કર શકાય છે .
Cancellation process & Fee Refund Guidelines

• If candidate cancels his admission after announcement
  of vacant seats admission, fees can be refunded ONLY
  when vacated seats gets filled by Institute. Otherwise,
  candidate will have to pay tuition fees for one
  semester. (Refer Rule -18 of prevailing admission rules)

• ઉમેદવાર ખાલી બેઠકો ના 'વેશ ની હરાત બાદ તેનો 'વેશ
  રદ કરાવે તો આ ખાલી બેઠક અય ઉમેદવાર થી ભરાય તો જ
  ફ પરત માટ હકદાર રહ છે . નહdતર, 'વતમાન'વેશ િનયમો
  `તગત િનયમ -18 \ુજબ ઉમેદવાર એક સ@ માટ ટaુશન ફ
  R ૂકવવી પડશે.

• Do not lose the PIN cover: If your PIN cover is lost, to get the

  with valid identity proof. It cannot be issued from Help
  Center.
• PIN કવર ને સાચવી ને રાખો. જો આપ PIN કવર ખોઈ નાખશો તો
  નવો PIN મેળવવા માટ, આપે ?બ? માં ACPC ઓફસ અમદાવાદ ખાતે
  આવી માય ઓળખ સા*બતી અને અસલ 'માણપ@ો બતાવી ને મેળવી
  શકશે.
• If you forget the Password, you can generate it online on
  www.gujacpc.nic.in website.

  પર થી ઓનલાઇન મેળવી શકો છો.

•   Do not deposit the balance fees at institute before completion of
