TERMS OF BOOKING
A £15.00 per person deposit is required to confirm a booking. All provisional bookings
will be held for a maximum of 10 days before being released.
All payments, including deposits, are non-transferable and non-refundable.*
* Sodexo acknowledge the ongoing COVID-19 crisis in the UK and accept their obligation
to comply with any official guidance from UK Government and the devolved administrations.
Should your event be cancelled due to the COVID-19 crisis, Sodexo will refund any funds paid
towards your booking at the time of cancellation; alternatively, any paid funds can be carried
over to Christmas 2022.
