Woodlands School COVID-19 Recovery Plan – January 2021 to July 2021 Pastoral Targets: To continue to ensure measures are in place to allow for positive wellbeing To ensure attendance throughout lockdown remains high with regard to remote learning Continue Home/School effective communication to allow positive progress Promote and ensure positive behaviour whilst remote learning, both on and off site To ensure successful engagement of those onsite and at home Tasks to achieve Target Staff Timescale Resources Success criteria Monitored By Progress Responsible Needed To continue to ensure SAm/HOY/GT Ongoing Teams All pupil wellbeing SAm TEAMS wellbeing quiz measures are in place to issues identified and each Monday morning - allow for positive promptly addressed Because this term pupils wellbeing are receiving live lessons, it is unnecessary for form tutors to make hundreds of calls each week to all (non- vulnerable) pupils during lock down. However, to cover any safeguarding issues we are using TEAMS quiz facility for form tutors to send out a wellbeing quiz each Monday morning, much in the same way we did when using show my homework.
