2018 Portfolio Change Highlights HMO plans Now include a variety of lower out-of-pocket options and a new Gold HMO $1,000 deductible option PPO plans Benefits (office visit copays, out of pocket maximum and pharmacy) have been updated to offer more affordable options CDHP plans A new Bronze HSA $4,500 option has been added to the portfolio ADDED: Gold HMO 1000/30%/4000 (offered on both Full and Select networks) Bronze PPO 4500/35%/6550 w/HSA (offered on both Full and Select networks) DISCONTINUED: Silver HMO 1750/40%/7150 (Full and Select network options discontinued) 55
Important Dates • 1/1/18 Rates will be posted on Producer Toolbox 10/1 • 1/1/18 Rates were released to quoting vendors and will go LIVE on 10/5 • 1/1/18 Renewals will be posted to Producer Toolbox on 10/20 (producer renewals are no longer mailed) • 1/1/18 Group renewals will be mailed on 10/26 • 1/1/18 Group renewals will be available on Employer Access 10/30 • 2018 Materials to be live on EasyRenew site on 10/4 • 2018 Materials to be live on Producer Tool Box on 10/5 • 1/1/18 Anniversary date change requests due by 11/15 • 1/1/18 ACE Broker Program qualification communication targeted for late November 66
Underwriting - Flexibility, convenience and speed, continued! Relaxed Participation! Through 3/15/18 effective dates. 30% participation required for 5 or more subscribers enrolled. DE9C not required with 6 or more subscribers enrolling! Through 3/15/18 effective dates. Groups with prior coverage must submit prior carrier bill. Excludes virgin groups. Valid Waiver Through 3/15/18 effective dates. Individual coverage both on and off of the Exchange will be accepted as a valid waiver Dual HMO Networks!
