THE AUCTIONEERS call special attention to this collective sale, which is being held by kind permission
of Mr. Brian Robinson and includes a partial Farm Dispersal Sale and a good range of Tractors and
Farm Machinery from local farms and estates.

PLACE OF SALE: The Sale will be held at Middle Farm which is off the A40 five miles to the east of
Cheltenham. The entrance to the field is off the Bourton-on-the-Water road within 100 yards of the traffic
lights on the Andoversford dual carriageway bypass. Tayler & Fletcher ‘SALE’ direction signs will be
displayed.

VIEWING: On Day of Sale only from 8am.

BUYER’S PREMIUM: £4 per Lot plus VAT will be added to the Purchaser’s invoice.

BIDDING NUMBERS AND MONEY LAUNDERING: Please register at the office for a bidding number
and provide proof of identity in accordance with money laundering regulations.

REMOVAL: On the day of Sale please. Items left overnight will be at the purchaser’s risk.

HELP TO LOAD: There will be a forklift available on the day of sale up to 6pm only to help load items.

METHOD OF PAYMENT: All lots to be paid for before removal on the day of sale. Cheques from
strangers only accepted up to the value of a valid cheque card, unless prior arrangements have been
made with our Bankers, Lloyds Bank PLC., Moreton-in-Marsh. Debit cards can also be accepted. No
Credit Cards.

CONDITIONS OF SALE: The Sale will be held subject to the Conditions of Sale exhibited on the
premises.
