WARRANTY - BACK LIT STATICS
Allied Scoring Tables Inc. warrants that each purchased table, and purchased table acces-
sory will, at the time of initial shipment, be in conformity with Allied Scoring Tables Inc.
specifications and free from defects in material and workmanship.
Table Craftsmanship:
Within five (5) years from the date of initial shipment or;
Within (15) days after the discovery by the buyer of such nonconforming product,
whichever is earlier.
Electronics:
Within two (2) years from the date of initial shipment or;
Within (15) days after the discovery by the buyer of such nonconforming product,
whichever is earlier.
Casters:
Within three (3) years from the date of initial shipment unless it has been misused,
abused or modified.
Subject to the following exclusions, conditions and limitations that are specifically exclud-
ed from this warranty program are:
Light Bulbs (replacement LED lamps can be obtained from us no charge first two years
– nominal cost after).
Damage caused by accidents, misuse, negligence, improper use.
Any modification or alteration to any standard specifications or equipment.
Damage which occurs as a result of improper storage.
Damage caused by the use of improper cleaners.
Allied Scoring Tables Inc. will, at its option, either repair or replace any product that does
not conform to this warranty, provided Allied Scoring Tables, Inc. is notified in writing (by
certified overnight mail) of the nonconforming product.
Tables sold by an authorized dealer to original retail consumers are covered by this policy.
NOTE: SHIPPING DAMAGE MUST BE DECLARED ON THE BILL OF LADING AND ALLIED
SCORING TABLES INC. MUST BE NOTIFIED OF SUCH DAMAGE WITHIN 24 HOURS.

The 3400 portable folding chair with a custom printed or embroidered logo(s) is a popular choice among Facility Managers, Athletic Directors and Coaches. Options include team bench seating, locker room seating, and special patron seating. The chairs come with standard black frames and additional powder-coat frame colors available. Over 15 vinyl colors, there’s a color combination to match your colors. Add a sponsor logo to the double back of any portable folding chair to help raise extra funds. The main frame of the chair are composed of U.S. steel, of not less than 19 gauge 1/4 hard, rolled and formed from a single piece of steel and the edge of the steel forming the tubes are rolled and formed to fit the channel face uniformly and snugly. Allied Scoring Tables, Inc. does not stock an inventory of premade score tables. Each of
our score tables is built by hand with a small team of capable craftsman to ensure the
highest quality. We are proud of our products and are pleased to be able to provide you
with a top of the line product.
To open your file we will need a Purchase Order from your school, sponsor, booster club
or other sources that may be involved in purchasing the score table.
We will need your vector art files to create a virtual sample.
Your art panels are the most important component in your score tables impact. We strive
to create an optimal presentation of your logo and or mascot with your school colors to
create a visually stunning score table.
Our score tables include back lit illumination of your art panels. The art panels are availa-
ble in full color print with no color limitation at no extra charge. We do not charge an art-
work set up fee.
If you do not have your logo/mascot in a vector format, we will attempt to redraw it for you.
A large, high resolution jpeg or other raster image would be needed.
Your artwork will be printed on an backlit illuminated 3/16” polycarbonate panel. The art
panels are removable and are interchangeable for multiple sports and/or advertisers.
The artwork we require for our panels is referred to as a vector or line art file. It is actually
created using lines and arcs with each having a distinct start and end point. When the
graphic is expanded the computer will create new identifiers for each point of reference,
thus keeping the graphic in true form.
We will need to know what color vinyl you would like for your vinyl padding.

ART WORK FILES - BRANDING ELEMENTS
Most common graphics are done in raster. This refers to a series of dots, each representing a
point in the picture and also a color. When expanded, the dots become further and further sep-
arated and the picture becomes
distorted, or pixilated.
A raster graphic cannot be simply converted to a vector graphic. It will
remain a series of dots unless it is completely redrawn as a vector graph-
ic. There are times that a high density raster (high dpi or dots per inch)
can be used. This would be possible if the graphic was large at inception,
such as a 6 mega pixel or greater photo.
We want our tables to leave our building with only the finest artwork. It is
critical that the artwork is correct.
The following illustration shows the difference between raster (.jpeg,
.bitmap, .png, .tff, etc.) and a vector (.ai, .eps) graphic when it is subject-
ed to enlargement.
Fonts, Text, PMS
If you have specific fonts, text or Pantones colors (PMS) that are specific to your branding;
please provide this information to us as soon as possible so we can incorporate this into your
virtual.
Once we have all your initial information, we will create a virtual sample for you to review.
When you are satisfied with the virtual, we will have you mark it approved, sign, date and either
fax or email it to us. We will then set a projected ship date. Ship dates can run anywhere be-
tween three weeks to eight weeks depending on volume and products or-
dered.
Bleacher Model
If you are ordering a Bleacher Model score table, we will need to obtain
your bleacher measurement. We refer to this as “Dimension A”.
We will customize the drop leaf to fit your bleachers. If you are ordering a
12’ Bleacher or multiple bleachers, we recommend taking measurements
in two or more spots to account for unlevel floors.
