Rental prices are in euros, excluding taxes, transport and ins-
tallation costs. All Be Lounge services will be offered and
installed as a “Turnkey” package.

TRANSPORT COSTS
Transport costs are calculated based on the weight and vo-
lume of the rented equipment. These two factors will deter-
mine the vehicles necessary for the delivery of your service.

the type of vehicle used.
IMPLEMENTATION
The number of employees needed for set up and recove-
ry of your event is judiciously calculated according to the
workload and handling to be expected.
The installation and arrangement of equipment will be done

according to your instructions and/or your site plan in accor-
dance to the real possibilities offered by the location of your
reception.

Our nomadic or “stretch” tents are manufactured in South Africa.
These tents, anti-UV treated, M2 fire resistant, 100% waterproof,
withstand winds of over 100 km/H.
They also have excellent acoustics thanks to the tension of the
canvas supported by the eucalyptus poles (no reverberation or
noise pollution).
