AGRI BUSINESS INCUBATION CENTRE
Agri Business Incubation Centre is hosted at Chaudhary Charan Singh
Haryana Agricultural University (CCSHAU) Hisar, Haryana and supported by
National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD). ABIC
intends to promote agribusiness and entrepreneurship development with
the concept of growth through innovation, upgradation of technology and
skill development. To fast track growth in these areas, we have taken it to
the next level by providing incubation support through our incubation
centre.This incubation Centre is intended to nurture all intended
potential agripreneurs. This incubation centre is specifically designed for
prospective agripreneurs in order to provide the technical know-how
needed to effectively nurture their novel ideas of agri and allied sectors.

1. To develop university-entrepreneur/ industry linkages.
2. To provide platform to entrepreneurs/ industries/students for
Research and Development in process/ product development to
improve the quality of their product.
3. To provide infrastructure and technical expertise to entrepreneurs in
different areas of agriculture and allied disciplines along with
assistance in commercialization.
4. To incubate start-ups companies in establishing business, through
consultancy, trainings, business advisory services and handholding to
a level of stability and success.

Technical Mentoring: Best Technical Experts from All Over India from Research Institutes and Universities to guide entrepreneurs. Capacity Building: Capacity Building, need based training and workshops for the incubatees and members. Technical Consultancy: The Consultancy services for the Entrepreneurs and established units can be provided. Incubation & Pilot Scale Production: Incubation facilities and services for conversion of potential ideas into commercially viable products. Technology Transfer: Technology transfer through Non Exclusive License Agreement Business Plan Preparation : Such services can be provided to the entrepreneurs regarding preparation of business plan. Networking: To ensuring the visibility of the firm and to get it to networking with stake holders. Business Mentoring: Senior corporate and established Agri-preneurs to mentor entrepreneurs for better business insights Handholding: Careful support or guidance to the entrepreneurs during the initial stage of their start-ups. Regulatory & Advisory Services: Advices can be provided for Branding, Certification and Marketing. Intellectual Property Rights Serv ices: Incubatees, if required can be provided with need based IP advisory services management. Funding: Funding can also be facilitated through investors, venture capitalists, bank schemes and other financial assistance and sources.
BRINGING IDEAS TO BUSINESS
APPLICATION FORM FEE
Applicants are required to download application form from ABIC's website
and fill the application form and submit it with Rs. 500/- (in form of
Demand Draft) DD in the favour of ABIC, CCSHAU, Hisar payable at Hisar or
online by contacting ABIC office. After selection by the PMRC the
registration fee for the different categories would be as follows.
REGISTRATION FEES
The entrepreneurs/Startups/NGO's/Students/farmers/Companies
etc. can be registered at Agri Business Incubation Centre (ABIC) as
incubatees. Only those entrepreneurs/NGO's/Students/farmers/
companies will have access to the technologies who are enrolled in ABIC.
The registration charges for different categories are as under :
Category-A Individual Farmer Entrepreneur/ : Rs. 2,000/- (Individual)
Students Rs. 5,000/- (Sponsored)
Category-B NGOs/Partnership/Properietorship/Society : Rs. 10,000/-
Category-C Public/Private Limited Companies : Rs. 25,000/-
Category-D Multinational Companies : Rs. 50,000/-
Category-E Institutional Membership : Rs. 1,00,000/-
Category-F Farmer Group/FPOs : Rs. 2,500/-
The amount (Non-refundable) has to be paid in favour of the “ABIC
CCSHAU, Hisar” payable at Hisar through bank Demand Draft.
