DATE 21st JULY 2021 DAY 1
MUMBAI – DELHI/CHANDIGARH FLIGHT (2.30 hrs)
DELHI/CHANDIGARH - MANALI BUS 570kms (14-15 HRS Overnight Journey)
No meals this day
• You will be informed to Arrive at Mumbai Airport 2.30 hrs prior to the flight
departure time. Meet our representative at Airport.
• After a short briefing and check in We board the flight for Delhi/Chandigarh.
• On Reaching Delhi we will Proceed towards Bus Pick Up Point.
• We Depart to the first destination of our trip Manali in Comfortable Volvo Bus.
• You will be provided with blanket and water bottle in the bus.
• Overnight Journey from Delhi to Manali by Volvo.
DATE 22nd JULY 2021 DAY 2
MANALI ARRIVAL | LEISURE OR OPTIONAL SIGHTSEEING
Breakfast and Dinner Hotel Stay
• This morning we reach Manali. Pick up Vehicle will transfer us to Hotel in Manali.
• You will be allotted the rooms. In case we reach on time of Breakfast (before
10am) you will be served breakfast on buffet by the Hotel.
• After some rest we can go for sightseeing of Hadimba Devi Temple.
• Later you can spend some time at Mall Road or return to the Hotel with the
vehicle.
• Get packed & Ready for the most beautiful journey of your life

DATE 23rd JULY 2021 DAY 3
MANALI TO JISPA| via Rohtang Pass /Atal Tunnel - 140 Kms (6-7 hrs)
Breakfast, Lunch Enroute & Dinner Camp Stay
• This is the 1st Part of Journey to Leh, Ladakh via the beautiful NH3 (Manali – Leh
Highway)
• After Breakfast at the Hotel we proceed to Jispa via Rohtang Pass
• 15 mins sightseeing stop at Rohtang Pass (Altitude 13,100 ft).
• Enroute we take a halt for Lunch at a Local place.
• Through Amazing views we Reach Jispa (10,500ft) by Evening.
• The beautiful camping site awaits you with Swiss Tents surrounded by amazing
views and a warm welcome.
• As your body gets acclimatized to the conditions, we would arrange for bonfire.
• Special homemade dinner will be served in traditional style. Overnight Stay at
Camp.
DATE 24th JULY 2021 DAY 4
JISPA TO LEH | LEH, LADAKH via NH 3 – 333 kms (11-13 hrs)
Breakfast, Lunch Enroute & Dinner Hotel Stay
• We will start this Journey Early Morning as this is the lengthiest journey.
• After breakfast we check out from the Jispa camps and drive to Leh.
• This will be one of the most beautiful Journey, through high passes and frozen
lakes Baralacha la Pass (Altitude 16,040 ft) , Nakee la Pass Altitude (15,547 ft),
Tanglang la Pass (17,580 ft) Surajtaal
• On arrival at Leh (11,562 ft) we will checked in to a Hotel.
• Rest of the evening you can relax and acclimatize.

LEH & ZANSKAR | SIGHTSEEING
Breakfast & Dinner Hotel Stay
• This Morning after breakfast at Hotel. We take for the sightseeing of Leh.
Sightseeing places include - Hall of Fame, Magnetic Hill,
• Sangam –The Confluence of Zanskar & Indus Rivers
• On return we can have lunch at Gurudwara Patthar Sahib.
• Meditation at Shanti Stupa before returning to our Hotel.
• Rest of the evening you are free to Visit Leh Market at own.
• Return to Hotel for Dinner & Overnight Stay
DATE 26th JULY 2021 DAY 6
LEH TO PANGONG TSO | VIA CHANGLA PASS 155kms (5-7 HRS)
Breakfast, Lunch Enroute & Dinner Camp Stay
• After early Breakfast we leave for Pangong Lake (14,500 ft), through Changla Pass
17,590 ft.,it is the second highest motorable road in the world.
• Lunch enroute or on reaching at the Pangong Lake
• Pangong Lake it is the highest salt water Lake in the World, shared by India &
China.
• Famous for scenes of bollywood movies like Jab tak hai Jaan & 3 idiots
• Enjoy the beauty of the lake on the Banks of pangong while appreciating the
changing Colors and fascinating high altitude of the Lake.
• Spend some time near the lake. Loads of Photographs for your social media
profile.

PANGONG TSO TO LEH | VIA CHANGLA PASS 155kms (5-7 HRS)
Breakfast, Lunch Enroute, Dinner Hotel Stay
• Early morning Stroll around Pangong lake & experience the nature’s phenomenal
beauty. After breakfast We check out from Camps & drive back to Leh over
Changla Pass (5,360 m ) & take a short halt at Changla Pass.
• We halt for lunch on the way and proceed towards Leh,
• En-route we visit Shey Palace, Thiksey Monastery and Druk Padma Karpo School
(Popularly known as Rancho school from 3 idiots).
• At Evening you are at leisure free to shop for souvenirs at Leh market or explore
Leh city at own.
• Dinner & overnight stay at hotel.
DATE 28th JULY 2021 DAY 8
LEH TO NUBRA VALLEY | VIA KHARDUNGLA PASS 150 kms (6-8 HRS)
Breakfast, Lunch Enroute & Dinner Camp Stay
• After Breakfast we drive to Nubra Valley via Khardungla (The Highest Motorable
road in the World, Elevated at 18,380 ft above sea level).
• Enroute we stop for Lunch.
• We arrive Hunder Village, where you are checked in to the Swiss Camps amidst
Nature. Unwind and rest for a while
• We proceed to explore the beauty of Sand Dunes.
• Ride on a Double Humped Camel here.
• On returning to the camps we will arrange bonfire and music for you.
• Combination of Bonfire, Music and Starry sky will surely make your trip more
beautiful.

NUBRA VALLEY TO LEH | VIA KHARDUNGLA PASS 150 kms (6-8 HRS)

• We visit Diskit Monastery the oldest monastery,
• 32 meter huge statue of Maitreya Buddha.

TRIP INCLUSIONS
Return Airfare : In that cost we are also providing you to and fro Flights from Mumbai to
Delhi/Chandigarh & Leh to Mumbai, so you don’t have worry about flight bookings.
Transportation : Comfortable Semi Sleeper AC Luxury Bus for Journey from Delhi to Manali
and on return from Manali to Delhi, Journey from Manali onwards will be by SUV or a Tempo
Traveller which will be exclusively for our group. Sanitized and COVID Safe
Accommodation : Stay will be at 3*Star Hotels in Manali (1N) and Leh (5N), whereas in Jispa
(1N) Pangong Lake (1N) and Nubra Valley (1N) you will have different experience staying in
Deluxe Swiss Camps with attached washrooms. All accommodation will be on Twin Sharing
Basis (2 people sharing 1 room), although it can be adjusted to triple as per your preference.
Safe and sanitized rooms will be provided.
Meals : Meals are included as mentioned in the itinerary. Most of our Breakfast and Dinner
will be at Hotels and Camps itself while the lunch will be provided as mentioned in the
detailed itinerary at a local set up on the way while on journey or sightseeing trips. And as we
believe in giving you utmost comfort we also provide complimentary Tea/Coffee in the
evening. Meals will be mostly Vegetarian (Non Vegetarian meals will be provided if available)
Sightseeing : As mentioned in the itinerary we will cover the sightseeing places at all
destinations, the entry fee of monuments is also complimentary from our end. You just have
to sit back and admire the beauty of sightseeing marvels.
Permits : To visit Pangong Lake and Nubra Valley we require Inner Line Permits as both the
places are located nearby the borders of our neighboring countries China and Pakistan. Your
permit will be prepared by us the day we reach Leh.
Camel Ride & Bonfire: We are happy to provide you a Complimentary Ride on Double
Humped Camel in Sand Dunes and Bonfire during Camping in Nubra Valley and Jispa.
However these services depend on availability and weather conditions. Good news is that we
have provided these every year!
Applicable Taxes : In the package cost mentioned all the applicable taxes are included so you
don’t to worry about any hidden charges

TRIP EXCLUSIONS
o Adventure Sports or Activities : As adventure activities are a personal choice and you can
decided it on the spot if you want to do it or not we do not include any activities in the cost
mentioned
o Additional Meals : Meals that are not mentioned in the itinerary will be at your expenses or
just in case you opt to eat out some day or have anything as per your preference at any time
of the trip. The cost for that is not included in the package.
o Personal Expenses : Any expenses you do for your personal stuff like laundry, heater
requirement, additional amenities at Hotels or Camps, or Shopping, Tips you want to offer to
our drivers, hotel staff or tour representatives for their service that should be not included in
the cost
o Medical Facilities : As We are on a high altitude Journey, we do carry portable oxygen cans
and certain medicines to ensure you do not face any trouble. But if there is a medical
emergency out of our control that requires attention of Doctor or Hospitalization the cost for
that will be individually borne by your end. Althought we would make sure you have no issues
with the health and comfort.
o Flight Cancellations: Any Flight cancellations due to COVID19 or bad weather will not be our
responsibility in such case you have to directly contact airlines for refund or reschedule etc.
o COVID 19: Negative reported RTPCR Test is required 24 hrs prior to the departure as per
govt. guidelines. Cost to be borne by guests. In case of positive report no refund will be
provided by our end.
o Uncontrollable Situations: On a long trips there can be many situations beyond our control,
Hence, any additional costs incurred due to situations like flight delay/missed, COVID 19
pandemic, road blocks due to bad weather, natural calamities, political tensions, medical
mishaps or any such situations which is not possible for us to control. All such costs will be at
your expense.
