Boards. Comfort Mitts can be knit or crocheted with fun attachments. Busy
Boards are a great way to use latches, locks and gadgets. Both of these items are
very beneficial to those living with dementia. They assist in keeping the mind active
and encourage motor function. For patterns or examples, visit our website at
www.muskoka.on.ca/seniorsprograms under the WISE Mobile Active Living Centre
program section. We will happily mail out patterns and instructions for both projects if
interested.
Please call us and we will arrange to mail patterns and collect completed projects in
January 2021. Comfort Mitts and Busy Boards will be donated to Alzheimer Society of
Muskoka. If you know of an individual who could benefit from one of these, please
