10 11 Aspire to HE Aspire to HE is a part of the National Collaborative Outreach Programme (NCOP), which aims to increase the number of disadvantaged young people entering higher education, by bringing together partnerships of universities, colleges and schools. In working together, Aspire to HE is aiming to ensure that regardless of their context or background, all young people have a fair and equal chance of fulfilling their potential. At Aspire to HE, our vision drives everything we do. Working across the Black Country and Telford and Wrekin, our team wants every young person in our region to be in a position to make an informed and ambitious decision about higher education and their future. Our Primary Outreach offer involves on-campus and in-school subject taster days/sessions that cover a range of disciplines. Many of these are free and are offered at our Walsall and Wolverhampton campuses, with an emphasis on raising aspirations and making university accessible to all.
