A Corporate Venue with a Twist Events, meetings and conferences www.peace-foundation.org.uk/peace-centre
We are the Peace Centre The Tim Parry Johnathan Ball Peace Foundation was set up after the IRA bombing of Warrington in 1993, which took the lives of Tim Parry aged 12, and Johnathan Ball aged 3. Out of that awful tragedy, something truly unique was created when we established the Peace Foundation, named in honour of the boys. On March 20th, 2000, the 7th anniversary of the bombing, we opened our iconic Peace Centre, where so much of our vitally important work is carried out to help young people, victims of terrorism and communities in conflict. The Peace Centre is not only a permanent living memorial to the boys, but also a multi-purpose building with a range of facilities, including a games area, sports hall, residential quarters, our Hope Café, conference facilities and meeting rooms. 1 Tel: +44(0)1925 581234/581231
